The service at the desk was fantastic, but the service for my device took a long time, though the front desk apologizes for that. Overall good job.
Professional service. While it did take a while to get someone to actually provode service, once we got it, it was very Professional.

Had to wait a little to long for service but when it came it was good. The "young guy" who helped us "Two Pensioners", talked to us in a manor that we understood what we were buying without being patronising.

Excellent service
The staff were very pleasant and I got served quickly. The only bad thing is that there is no bathroom in the whole complex so I didn't stick around and shop as much as I would have wanted to. I just picked up my order and had to rush home

Very bad customer service
It's basically the same store selling the same things. But a few things are worse.
The `Power´ membership is very difficult to get your points. They have no member card. And the QR code online when you log-in does not work. They ask for you phone number. They can not find me. So now I have to spell out my email address. And they get that wrong and we have to start over again!
I brought a product via Klarna has is was not in stock in the store. The lady was very helpful etc. I paid via Klarna, and I received the product in the post the next week. BUT... It is not recorded in my Power membership. I have NO receipt. I have no points!
Their Customer service has to be the worst!
I have phoned them many times for different problems. The shop tells me to contact customer service and customer service people tells me to spend more petrol money and go back to the shop!!!!
Has of today I gave up. Still no receipt! The other problems I have I given up on those too.
So now I shop the rest for Christmas at Elgiganten or Net On Net.
