I was pleasantly surprised by them
I was pleasantly surprised by them. I had a phone call the morning after I placed the order to confirm they had it in stock and arrange delivery in just a few days.
Delivery was exactly as expected. No issues and the Fridge Freezer was indeed a bargain!

Beware - could do better
I bought and paid for a double oven (click and collect in stock) I rang the next morning and spoke to Ini (customer services Oadby store) to ask where I could collect to be told not in stock but they would supply a cheaper item and refund the difference.
I have been in touch by telephone on 4 occasions asking for a refund to my card and have been given the “it’ll be there in a couple of days” - still hasn’t been refunded weeks later.
Just be careful!!
I would now like to add that the credit card company has confirmed today that a refund has been sent. Apart from this problem I would have been happy to give 5stars, as the product is fine.
