I bought a new K4 and started using it on April 21. Using the K4 twice a day started having positive effects lowering my blood pressure. Unfortunately I started getting "Valve Error Dectected" error messages after starting a session. Note that I soaked the valve head and mouth piece after every session. The first few times the error occurred I recleaned the valve head and the K4 worked. But then I got the error message again and now can't inhale after the 2nd breath. On May 8, I called the customer service number in the U.S. The representative explained she couldn't help me but would send an email to customer service in the UK. It's now May 17 and nobody has contacted me. I hope I get help soon!

So far, it appears that using the PowerBreathe has reduced my blood pressure with using drugs. It only takes 4 minutes twice a day.

Have struggled with Blood Pressure, likely due to poor lung/air performance. Will be using PowerBreathe to assist any other efforts, as there is merit in the product. Had used another device that only monitored and coached my breathing patterns, but that device was very unreliable in performance

While the powerbreathe product is okay, it foes the job. Their postage costs for replacement parts is ridiculous. Want to buy a nose clip, £2.99 is pretty good but £4.99 postage? That's crazy. It can go large letter for £2. But it gets worse want to buy two of them the postage goes up to £5.99. There's making a profit and there's taking the proverbial.

I've been enjoying my time well spent w/ POWERbreathe. It has helped in lowering my blood pressure, which is what led me to give it a try. It works! Very pleased, and glad that NPR's coverage turned me on to you.

I was disappointed in the Powerbreathe K3 when I started with it and found it not easy to use—difficult to find the right level, whether setting it to automatic (too easy) or manual (impossible to breathe at all). After an extensive and extremely helpful Zoom meeting with Mr. Kerr, I found that I had somehow set the starting point way too high. Mr. Kerr also explained the best breathing techniques to have it work properly. The device sometimes didn’t count breaths correctly, so that I end up taking 60 or so before it registers them instead of the recommended 30. We will keep an eye on this and if it continues after my resetting, perhaps the unit is defective, but more likely it will be now be okay. While my blood pressure has not yet gone down, I do breathe more easily when I’m exercising, and I’m hopeful for more improvement as I continue to train. If you are having trouble, I urge you to get in touch with the company as their help is wonderfully useful.
