well made piece of kit.
too early to tell what the benefits are. I was surprised at how hard the easiest setting is. Couldn't manage 30 on the first go - had to do 3 lots of 10. But soon got to 30 in one hit.
Ordering was easy. Instructions are clear. Nice little bag to keep the bits together. Arrived promptly. Seems a well made piece of kit.

Help for COPD.
Delivered prior to estimated date! I have tried the Powerbreathe and I think it will definitely help with my COPD. Being able to incrementally increase the load is a good indicator of the progress being made in strengthening the breathing muscles.
