Easier to use than I thought it would be
Informative website, easy to order, product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Loving the PowerBreathe K3 and the Shaker Medic Plus. It would be nice if you could order the Flow Ball Ultra other than in a box of 10. I only needed two but since they are so fun to use I’ll probably give the other eight to friends. So far I’m really enjoying the products. It will take using them longer to see what benefits I see from them.

Order was shipped and received very quickly and item was packaged well. Perfect. 👌 the PowerBreathe (M) is fantastic. It is working really well and helping with my respiratory issues. Very hard on the lowest setting which means I have lots of room to improve with this model.

We would suggest that, as the IMT is proving challenging on the lowest setting, you do as many 'good' breaths as you can, so that you get the technique right first. Even if that means you don't quite manage 30 breaths. It's important that you get the technique right, so that you don't utilise other muscles or injure yourself.

I placed an order in early December but when it hadn’t arrived by late December I made enquiries. Unfortunately it seems I had not followed the payment instructions when I placed the original order.
No problem …. a couple of emails and a phone call later, and my order is due to be delivered tomorrow. Excellent service.

We are sorry to hear that you feel the Respiron device does not work, Mrs Compton. We are finding that users haven't realised that the device works by INHALING through it, as opposed to exhaling, and that it has 4 levels of resistance to work through, starting at level 0 (easy).
Respiron is a great respiratory muscle training device that can help to maintain lung function and strengthen your breathing muscles.
Here's a quick training protocol to help you get the most from your Respiron.
- Body position: you can train while sitting down or standing up.
- Training: hold your device and forcefully INHALE through the mouthpiece.
- Goal: to make the three coloured balls float.
- Training duration: try to repeat this a few times.
Repeating this breathing exercise daily is perfect for pulmonary rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
Respiron has 4 levels of resistance: 0 (easy); 1 (average); 2 (difficult) and 3 (very difficult). You should start at level 0 and advance to the next level when the exercise no longer challenges you.
