I did find that your order was placed on the 25th of November and dispatched on the 27th of November. I can also see that tracking details were provided on the 27th too, so please double-check the Royal Mail tracking.

Thank you for your feedback, Katryn. We're sorry to hear that you feel the £12.99 device feels poorly made. It is, however, effective, and so we were concerned to read of your disappointment when using it.
From what you've described here, it sounds as though you may be exhaling and blowing out (puffing) through the device, as opposed to inhaling and breathing in through the device, as intended.
Here's a quick training protocol for using Respiron.
- Body position: you can train while sitting down or standing up.
- Training: hold your device and forcefully INHALE through the mouthpiece.
- Goal: to make the three coloured balls float.
- Training duration: try to repeat this a few times.

This has been my saviour
This has been my saviour, I suffer from asthma and my reading were getter lower despite taking prescribed drugs. Then I read about Powerbreathe in the Daily Mail, sent for it, at first it took a few times to get it to work but now I try to do it twice a day and have progressed slowly and will continue to use daily, so pleased.

Very simple but effective
Easy to order. Prompt delivery. The device is to add resistance when you breathe in. It's aim is to exercise the diaphragm. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and I can honestly say that it does appear to work. After use breathing is easier. It's a bit like leg weights when you run and the lightness you feel when you take them off. I recommend for people who live sedentary lives. It will help you I'm sure.

I received my power breathe on 22/11/2023 and it was back in the box on 23/11/2023 after trying to use it with the instructions provided ,I couldn't get the balls to move with the stickers on or off , so I put it in the box , my breathing isn't that bad but wouldn't work for me , I don't think the instructions were clear enough

Here's a quick training protocol for using Respiron.
- Body position: you can train while sitting down or standing up.
- Training: hold your device and forcefully INHALE through the mouthpiece.
- Goal: to make the three coloured balls float.
- Training duration: try to repeat this a few times.
Repeating this breathing exercise daily is perfect for pulmonary rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
Respiron has 4 levels of resistance: 0 (easy); 1 (average); 2 (difficult) and 3 (very difficult). You should start at level 0 and advance to the next level when the exercise no longer challenges you.

I understand that the team explained that you needn't purchase a 'spare' tube, as if it perished you would be covered under the warranty, and also that as it is a device that comes into contact with saliva, for health reasons, it is best not shared.
