Dave to the rescue!
There are not enough words to express how satisfying buying a product from such a great company is. From the first contact on the chat Forum from Dave, to the follow up phone call from Dave making sure that I had indeed ordered the correct product. Then you had a third email from him saying just give me a call with questions, and then he walked me through the final couple of steps that were confusing to me.
Overall, their emails keeping you up-to-date the shipping confirmations and just a very personal touch they give should reassure anyone that this is the right purchase from the right place. My purchase was an international sale, and to be fair it arrived in less time than a domestic package. I was kept updated from sale to when the package arrived. Product wise Power Meter City has an extensive range and their service has always been first class so it was a simple choice to purchase from them again.
