Was looking forward to using this new unit but never received it not sure what happen but checked my credit acct statement there was no history of you taking out hte payment for the pressure cooker
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had!
It took 9 weeks to get my cooker. Every time I called I was lied to about when I would recieve it. I also was told 3 different times that the 30.00 shipping cost would be taken off and of course that was a lie. I will never order again and reccomend to my family and friends not to order. Cooker was also not exactly what it was advertised to be. Not a happy customer!

Quick and easy
I liked the ease of ordering and the options available but I didn't care for the trick at the end that was call for your free walmart gift card then you call a third party is trying to set u up with high pressure sales on free trials....it took me a half an hour to get off the phone with them. I'm still waiting to get my cooker and I get more excited everyday....I can't wait to use it...the product and infomercials are awesome

Shipping time is not good !!! I received confirmation on 8/18/2014 that my order had been received and I would get an email when it shipped. Today is 8/26/2014 and I have not received anything. The payment has cleared my bank. I think I have been scammed.
Pay high fees for poor service.
I would have purchased several for family if the shipping and handling fee wasn't so outrageous. Then you pay a extremely high fee and have to wait 6 weeks, Very poor business practice.

AFTER WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS TO GET THE PRODUCT IT WAS DEFECTIVE. I CALLED AND HAD IT RETURNED AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT A MONTH LATER.
Have not received order
I placed the order for the Power Pressure cooker on August 16th. I was to receive a confirmation email when the order was shipped. As of today, I have heard nothing concerning my order. I would like to know when it will ship and when I can expect to receive it. Very disappointed with the company's shipping.
Could have been better.
Well, I purchased the product directly from their website... I ended up paying $129.98 including shipping(which takes about 2-3 weeks). Not even 2 days later, I saw an ad online that was advertising the same exact product for only 79.95 with free shipping. Not only was the shipping free, it was also express delivery 5-7 business days! Needless to say, I will do my homework next time in order to avoid over paying and being ripped off.
Worst experience ever!
When you call to order (which means you have already decided to make a purchase) you are forced to listen to the sales pitch before moving on to place your order. Very frustrating. With an organization like QVC, you simply call and tell them the item number, your shipping address, and credit card information. In and out. This company wastes your time trying to upsell you, not letting you skip the B.S. and get to placing your order. I would not recommend to anyone to order from this company, at least not over the phone. I hope that the product is worth the frustration. Time will tell.

Too Many Options
I had no problem with ordering my pressure cooker. The options for the pressure cooker purchase, deluxe model, steamer basket, etc. were OK.
I did object to the time spent on the other options for purchase; magazines, trips to Florida, Las Vegas, etc. I wanted to purchase a pressure cooker not trips, magazines.
