Will not be calling to order from these people again!

Kept me on the phone for 45 minutes offering magazines, trips, blender, and a lot of extra extra bull!!!!!!! Would not give me my conformation number unless I listened to all this crap!!!!!!! Since it was all automated I had no choice but to stay and listen for my conformation number, gave me no way to way to opt out of all your stinking ads!!!!!!!!! Very displeased! My time is as valuable to me as yours is to you!

Slow to process sale

Haven't tried the cooker yet. STILL WAITING FOR IT! Takes far to long to process the sale ! The customer service had the worst connection and the woman wasn't rude per se but she didn't sound like she was thrilled with the job of explaining anything. Now I'm hoping the product is worth it!

Robot Attendent/Salesperson Makes for Confusion

True to internet form, this company wants to cut costs by having a robot take your order and then asking 50 questions to hopefully get you to upgrade what seems to be a good deal. Robot got my order dead WRONG, then it took 4 phone calls to get it corrected. We will see results after billing and receipt of goods.

The phone ordering process takes too long with too many annoying offers.

The Power Pressure Cooker XL as seen on TV sounds like a great offer, however when I tried to place the order by telephone they offered too many upgrades which added to a 15 minute downtime to place the order. These optional upgrades drove the price up to twice the price offered on TV. This seems to me as a bait and switch process which is a poor business practice. Hopefully you will correct your methods for placement of an order.

You sure you want to hear MY opinion?

I think the power pressure cooker could be great. Have not received it yet. Was disturbed by the fact that once I was ordering they started adding to the order...upgraded version, the attachments and then all they wanted to do was put me on a magazine list, walmart coupons, etc. never did talk to anyone but a machine..it was frustrating. I ended up loudly saying NO to several offers ( when there was no option for no)...very pressurized sale by A recording. I just wanted to complete my order. ALSO I was not given a bottom line cost on the transaction. That came later in an email. Shipping was outrageous! It better be worth it as I also bought one for a gift. I have 30 days to cancel an order for discount cards, or magazines...didn't want them but couldn't get past the prompts. Wonder when the 30 days start?? When I get the product. Frustrated in Tulsa,

horrible way to sell a product with an automated system, very impersonal.

This seems like a product I would really use but the e experience I had trying to buy one with an automated system that tries to sell,sell,sell was horrible. I never had the opportunity to speek with a live person. I had questions about the product but there was no one to talk to. It took way too long to buy the product. After 18 minutes or more trying to decline ALL the extras the automated system was trying to sell to me I just hung up. I mean no I don't want a blender, or the extra guarantee, or the updated version, or a second item for a friend, or anything else. I buy on line all the time and this was by far the most unpleasant experience ever. So much I do not want anything to do with a company who tries too hard to sell other unwanted items. I do not want the item at all.

Lousy service

Why would you send me a survey. Call charged me for the whole dollar amount

Was not happy with a 30 minute call to order one item .
Then was charged the full amount when I selected the 3 payment option. I then tried to get my money returned to my debit card and got a message saying customer service was closed. I called on Monday and had to order all over again . Two days later I finally got my refund. Too much work to order 1 item . Still waiting on merchandise.

ORDERED, U HAVE MY FULL PAYMENT, BUT NO PRESSURECOOKER!

Ordering was tough. You demonstrate the cooker and all it can do, but when you order all the company wants to do is sell you other things that go with it. You need to be up front about the extra items that come with the cooker. The ad on TV Is very miss leading. Shame on you! Once or if I ever receive it, I'll try it out. Makes me wonder if I wasted my HARD EARNED MONEY! When you call to order it takes you FOREVER to go through the recorded, voice activate message. WOULD BE NICE TO TALK WITH AN INDIVIDUAL. You offer the freebies, but I know that nothing is FREE! You pay for it! I don't agree with having to pay for shipping and handling. Get real, some individuals are not as wealthy as you think. I feel sure that I am not the only individual that feels this way.

Too high pressure sales!

Initial product is a good one but the offer information you had to listen through before you could reject the additional offers was way too long! And there was way too many additional offers! Additional cookers, warranty, postage delivery warranty (That one made me mad!) then other offers that were not even related to what I was purchasing! I almost hung-up many times before the transaction was completed!!!!

Over the fence chat

I have not received it as yet. Over the phone ordering was extremely unpleasant.
In addition, I would have liked the opportunity to speak with someone about the product I ordered.

I am not sure I would order again.
