Received two pairs of damaged skates

I ordered skates directly from Powerslide's website and received faulty products twice. Although their customer service initially said they would reimburse the return shipping costs, they failed to do so and expected me to pay out of pocket. This is unacceptable, especially since the fault was on their end both times. Very disappointing experience.
After many emails back and forth, they finally paid me the shipping costs back. When I inquired about how to make a formal complaint, my request was ignored twice. Aftercare is appalling.

They will not publish on their Main page negative or lower reviews.
I´ve spent around 1000€ in 2021 on powerslide products also in 2014 , and had some trouble with trinity boots.
They miss some information at the main page.
Products on images no really correspond on technical data that they say.

Avoid Powerslide

I bought some inline skates and when trying to remove one of the axles it broke. It sheared apart instead of unscrewing and under very little pressure. They are clearly using cheap materials.

I contacted Powerslide. Instead of just mailing me a replacement axle, they have advised I needed to purchase another of their substandard axles!

Suffice to say that this brand doesn’t stand behind the quality of their products and doesn’t value its customers.
