We were expecting our puppy around 2 PM on a Saturday, but were informed they may be early. Saturday morning got a call and got our puppy about 10 AM. The drivers wanted to make sure we could be available at that time. Such a nice surprise. Our drivers Dallas and Dale, were very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend then as well as Premier PET Transportation!

We are extremely happy with Premier Pet Transport. Richard delivered our new Rottweiler puppy, Misia, on Wednesday at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions. He made welcoming our new baby into our home a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

They were helpful and explained everything We needed about our new puppy and was very gentle with the Puppy

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING!! I was a bit worried about my little boy’s adventure, but from start to finish, I was put at ease immediately and kept in the loop the whole way! I really loved hearing all of the details for how the furbabies are transported and cared for, as well as their spectacular mannered men when they arrived - both had big smiles on their faces, were polite and just as excited for me! My little man arrived smelling fresh and was even calmed by one of the guy’s final pets goodbye, as I was holding him, could feel his tiny shakes calm the second he touched him! It showed they all had a really fun time together on their near 4 day road trip together! What a fun experience! I will certainly share my love for you guys to all I know and encounter! It’s a wonderful service for those who fall in love across the county and may not have the time, ability or the means to travel. SUPERB!

I was so excited to be meeting my new pup Friday morning. To my surprise David and Dallas called me Thursday night to tell me they were ahead of schedule! Dallas and David arrived early much to my delight! The gave me info about off leash training. I was so excited I forgot to ask when she'd last been fed! She did poop so I assume she ate.

Tom and Sebastian just delivered our new Golden Retriever puppy named Maverick. Great communication prior to delivery and Maverick arrived full of energy and ready to enjoy his new life in Texas. Today Ryan and Titus brought my little pup, our new family member, home to me. I can't say how impressed I was with the way my aussiedoodle was cared for. This little guy would have stayed with them if given the chance. It was very obvious that great care was taken with this beautiful little guy and I just can't say enough about the team of Ryan and Titus. My little pup had no trouble adjusting to his new environment and I truly believe it was because of the care he received for his long trip to his new family. Nothing but the best!!
