Using Versastyle bag is comfortable. I used to have pain on my shoulder because of the bag I used before. The strap somehow has distribute the weight and make it feeels comfortable to use it.
It is waterproof, so you don't need to worry when it's raining, especially when you live in a place where the weather is unpredictable.
Easily converted into backpack or crossbow or simply use it as a shoulder bag.
Lots of pockets make me comfortable, because now I can organise my stuffs easily in my bag and that makes me feel happy.

I love the material and the structure.

It is not just a bag, it is you. When it's on you, you feel just right. Because you are flexible, supportive, organise, brave and beautiful.

The bag I received was of nice quality, however, it was not the one I ordered. Apparently, the one they sent was the older version. I wanted the newer, improved version. The company was quick to respond to my email and sent a return label for the product. I returned it and had not heard from them in over 3 weeks. I emailed them once more for an update. They were unable to fill my order. I was disappointed. I was issued a refund in a timely manner.

I thought this bag would be big enough to carry my lunch a long with my laptop and things I need for my school nursing position and I still have to carry another bag with my lunch. The only thing I like is the fact I can use the strap for cross body carrying.

Versastyle red is amazing! Love all the pockets and sturdy straps.

I ordered this bag wanting a practical yet stylish backpack for work. Love the exterior material and color(bought the brown and grey). The inside material is flimsy, the pockets don’t hold shape, therefore everything I try to slide into the bag gets caught on the pocket material. Only carrying a iPad and 2 notebooks! The main zipper is low quality and is difficult to zip if there are items in the bag. I emailed the customer service to return the bags because of these issues and was denied. Would not recommend, wish I would not have spent the money on 2 bags that I am now stuck with!!

The compartments in the bag are nice but the bag itself is pretty heavy. When I place my laptop and accessories in the bag the structure of the bag crumples a bit and then it’s harder to access the zippered zones. The side pockets for water bottles are too short to hold a larger reusable water bottle. It’s about the right size for a single use 16 oz water bottle. I got this so that I could combine my backpack and purse into one bag but it’s a bit too heavy for daily use for me. I’ll use it for conferences and some travel.

I ordered the Versastyle bag, and it is superb in it's organization and functionality. The quality is great and can be easily converted into a backpack! It truly is the perfect bag, I love it!

I found the bag to be made of a sturdy material (except for the pleather handles and the inside lining) but smaller than I expected. My laptop does indeed fit in it but not much else. There are numerous pockets but since the bag is made from a non-elastic fabric you cannot really fit anything in there if the pockets are full and vice versa. The outer side pockets, allegedly for bottles, are too small to contain one. Maybe either make them bigger with an elastic on top? I’m a nursing teacher and this bag can’t hold my small laptop, cable, water bottle and lunch bag. Nevermind my pencil case, uniform and stethoscope. I mean if you use it like a purse it’s a good little shoulder bag but as a work bag, it’s not roomy enough for me. I also found the shoulder strap to be too short but I’m a tall woman. It’s probably ok for people 5’7’’ and under.

The Company must review the METHOD ADAPTED FOR DELIVERY, MUST NOT LET CUSTONER TO WAIT FOR SO MUCH TIME TO ENJOY THE PRODUCT ORDERED!

The bag was not the right size. I wrote asking to return the bag and they refused to allow for a return. Buyer beware.

The bags came in smelling like perfume - like they had been used and repacked. And the fabric was not what I expected - very light and the handles not sturdy. I asked for refund but never got a response from Pragma.

I got the versastyle, and I have used it every day since it arrived. I am very pleased with it so far, the only ick being the feel of nylon, which I am more than happy to live with given how it makes me feel a little bit more in control by being easy to organise and holding the things I use every day. I am also pleased with the fact that I don't have to do anything to make it into a backpack, when I need to go hands-free, I just grab the straps and throw it on my back and it's just as easy the other way around.

This bag is my favourite out of all the bags I have purchased in the past the compartments are never ending I have seen it advertised and just had to buy one and I am so pleased with it that I use it every day! No

Hi: Thank you so much for my bag which was delivered today. I have to carry incontinence supplies with me everyday, whether around town or while on my travels. I am delighted to report that everything fits in perfectly, and my new backpack does not feel heavy. After buying so many other bags and backpacks, this Pragma V-Style bag seems to be the best choice for me. Much appreciated,

I've yet to receive this order weeks after paying for it and this is despite being told that it was delivered a few days ago. I've not seen a tracking label like the one they've given me. They appear to be using some shipping agent I've not heard of. They didn't actually deliver the package.
Stay away! This company is shady.

I ordered a Vertica bag three weeks ago and still haven't received it. The tracker is confusing and not user-friendly.
Meanwhile, the chat feature is useless. No one ever responds and the tracking generated information is still the same from the time I ordered my bag

Excellent bags. Very strong, waterproof, plenty of pockets inside and out. Lots of room but not so big to make them bulky and too heavy. Stylish and practical. Excellent service

The wrong colour Versatyle bag was delivered ,an email and photos sent with an immediate reply and the correct colour will be sent and no charge. The customer service was very good. I also have the Convertabag which was taken in holiday this year, plenty of room for everything, very impressed.

I was so excited to get this bag because a nurse friend of mine has one. But the quality of the bag is nothing like hers or like the picture you display online. The handle straps are not leather and all of the stitching has frayed into long 7 inch strings from each handle, as well as an inner pocket within three weeks having a hole in it. The picture and my friend's bag straps are solid with no stitching to fray. This all happened within 3 weeks. I thought it was a glitch so I ordered another bag. The exact same thing happened. I notified the company and was told I could not return it was too late. And they would not refund my purchase. I have made numerous attempts via email with the company explaining the problem and even sending pictures when they requested. Their response was we will send you another bag. I told them I already had 2 and why would I want another with the same poor quality. After all the back and forth they still have not replied nor given me a refund. Now I have two poor quality bags. Unfortunately I will not purchase from this company again very disappointed.
