All I can say is wow!! With tight deadlines and high stakes Elizabeth and Marco worked magic. They know the Portuguese bureaucratic system inside and out. They are well connected from the legal to the immigration side. In Portugal things are all about having good relationships and they know how to connect and make it a pleasurable experience for everyone involved. Most importantly was their dedication. When one door closed for us they were quick to find alternative options that were as good or better than the original. Long story short, we made our deadlines and are happy campers.

Elizabeth Sanches is the most amazing person I've never met in person. We've had numerous conversations though. We've been on an excursion, an adventure to fulfill my dream of moving to Portugal. My first visit to Portugal was in 1996 and from that time on, I knew I wanted, I needed to live here. Shortly after my fathers passing in April of 2022, and after going through the will and other fun family stuff, we began the process in earnest in 2023. Her expertise, her professionalism, her knowledge, her husband Marco and her team of experts performed extrordinarily. Her compassion, her understanding of complex situations, her patience. All remarkable. She has made my dream come true. I will turn 65 in November.
What a precious gift she has given to me.

After our decision to relocate to Portugal, we were really struggling to make progress or get reliable information. The support we had often took a week or two to even get a reply. We then discovered Praia Club and everything rapidly changed. Ellie and Marco have guided us through the visa process, making totally sure we had everything we needed before the vfs interview. All the information Ellie gave us was clear, precise and accurate.
We also found it really difficult finding a suitable rental property - it was virtually impossible communicating with the landlords or agents and often got absolutely no response. Ellie and Marco took this challenge on and managed to secure us a property. They also advised against certain properties and suggested the contracts were not legal or appropriate. They arranged connection of the electricity and water and ordered us a pile of logs for the boiler
We cannot praise their support enough. We feel that their work on our behalf has been money extremely well spent. A major feature is the responsiveness - when we write we often get an answer within minutes. This we found to give great peace of mind.
We would definitely recommend Praia Club to anyone relocating to Portugal.

Who made my life a living hell by taking three months to open a bank account and on and on and on . When I was almost to my visa appointment date I still did not have all the documents for my visa appointment. I Found Ellie Rose at Praia. She made sure on a Sunday afternoon noon that I had all documents in order for my visa-appointment for the next day ! . She has helped me so much and guided me to the next steps of residency . Now with this crazy NHR tax .... she knows exactly what to do in a dozen different scenarios . She knows all the laws all the right people and how to proceed on every level . I wish I had hired her in the very beginning of the process. Her prices are more than fair for the lack of stress you will endure if you do it on yourself . Portugal government seems to change laws like most people change underwear . Save yourself a ton of time and stress. Just hire Ellie at Praia

I have had a fantastic experience with Elle and her team at Praia and I highly recommend them! It would have been a near-impossible task getting my bank account, NIF, Portugal lease agreement, etc by myself, all the way from South Africa. I can’t say enough great things about Praia Club. I started my journey to move to Portugal about a year ago. Praia Club held my hand every step of the way from I’m thinking I would like to move to I’m moving to Portugal! It started with them getting my NIF swiftly and without incident. The detailed project plan was extremely helpful. I don’t think I could have gotten my great apartment with out them. We did it all virtually with Ellie and Marco negotiating everything on my behalf from visiting the apartment to helping me turn on the lights, internet and going to ikea to pick up a bed. Coming to a new country with just my luggage and my dog was very daunting. It was great to see a friendly face there to pick me up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move to Portugal They are worth every penny and then some!
