Claire the store manager served us the day we went and was very friendly and helpful. I did not get to experience fully the pram shopping experience with my first due to COVID however Claire made sure I made the most of our visit. Great selection of prams.

We had a fantastic experience at the Pram Centre Glasgow. Eilidh was so helpful in demonstrating how our top three models worked and then gave us time and space alone to try the prams for ourselves to find the one we wanted. Whilst she was away, she was searching the upcoming show deals for the Baby and Toddler Show and making sure she was giving us the best deal possible in store. We walked away from the Pram Centre that same day having ordered our full travel system and can’t thank Eilidh enough for her help!

The expert we had for picking a car seat for our first born was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. 100% would go again.

Had to leave 1 star otherwise I would not have been able to leave a review. This is the worst shop to purchase anything from. My daughter ordered her pram at the baby show and was ensured it would be here for the baby coming next week. She has been given numerous dates when it will be delivered, the first date being three weeks ago. Since then they have lied constant and passed the blame to other members of staff to cover their incompetence. I am disgusted how they can treat new mothers in this way. They are causing constant stress to customers, knowing exactly they are telling lies to excuse the false delivery dates. This shop and the staff need exposed online and on t.v and the newspapers. About time someone treated them the way they treat their customers!!!

I have shopped in the pram centre since my first child was born 33 years ago and now I’m shopping for my grandchildren. I was the Baby & Toddler show Glasgow in April as I was looking for a car seat for my 7 month old granddaughter as she was starting to outgrow her baby seat and the staff were very helpful. I was in the shop last week as we were looking for a city jogger and we were served by Lisa and Lynn(e) who were both very helpful and answered all our questions as well as checking that our car seat was also secured properly. I cannot fault the staff on anything, always professional, helpful and polite.

Me and my partner went for the first time on Saturday and we were blown away with the customer service team. They allowed us time to explore and try out all the brands of prams we liked and offered to show us how to dismantle and change all the components. They explained what came with the prams and the packages that were on offer. They made us feel satisfied and told us to take as long as we needed to decide what best suited us.
Once we had chosen, they told us to just go up to the till and let the staff member know what pram we had decided, they spoke about payment plans that are available so you feel more at ease when paying for your pram. And general conversation about our baby which was a nice touch and showed they cared about their customers.
Overall, this has been one of the most comfortable experiences me and my partner received especially this being our first time as parents. We will be back again in the future. Thank you so much Pram Centre!

Fast efficient service, kept in loop about what was happening with pram all the time

when I entered the pram Centre, I was amazed at how clean and fresh the place was , we have shopped here before when we bought our first pram and accessories for our new born so this was returning custom. we came today to get our new upgraded car seat to suit our child's next step in safety in car . we were directed to the car seat section of the building and introduced with a lovey gentleman asking what we were looking for , Didn't catch his name but this gentleman went above and beyond for us with assisting on what would suit our needs , he was full of knowledge with different types and designs of car seats available and showed us great demonstrations on how to fit these in your portable demo car , after discussions, we made a decision to go ahead with the sale and the gentleman even offered to demonstrate how to fit our new system into our car so we could put it to use the second we left the premises , on a whole with both visits, we would never recommend anywhere else apart from the pram Centre and always recommend to all our friends and family that’s having children.

Staff from the pram centre helped us pick the best pram for our family at the SEC baby and toddler show. Yet to receive our pram as our little one isn’t due for another few months but the selection of choice was great and we are very pleased with what we picked with the help of pram centre staff!

We visited over the weekend to purchase our nursery furniture. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Will be back to purchase a few more things before baby arrives. Thank you again

Great service from Claire who seems to have the gift for selecting prams to match customers. I'm short, and wanted something that I could manage easily, with a simple collapsing mechanism. Claire immediately pointed me towards the the Oyster 3. I wanted to try out a few others, which Claire helped with, but ultimately, I ended up choosing the Oyster because it really was the best fit. Thank you for the fast and efficient service. Can't wait to start using the pram when our baby arrives.

If 0 was an option thats what they would be getting. I ordered a high chair that has since become faulty and have had to ring 3 times and email twice to try and solve.
I finally managed to speak to someone who was actually willing to help today, only to be lied to about what they would be willing to do.
I then spoke to manager claire who hung up on me twice and was extremely rude to me on the phone but then blamed me. she was very unwilling to help and if iI had walked in the store to purchase the item I would have walked straight out if I was spoken to with that attitude.

Yesterday I went to the Pram Centre in Glasgow and I wasn’t looking forward to it due the reviews I read. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were fantastic! Knowledgeable, helpful and knew exactly what I needed! I can’t wait to go back again and order my pram. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great day at the Pram Centre! We were initially worried it was quite busy and we weren’t sure what level of service to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! Lisa was fantastic, she knew I was between two prams and took her time demo’ing them and showing us all the features. Mid way through, Nadia took over and was just as helpful, it was a real team effort. When Lisa returned she picked up where Nadia left off, they were both super knowledgeable.

After we confirmed our pram choice we went downstairs and ended up ordering our furniture by chance! There were no pushy sales, and we didn’t feel under any pressure to commit. Lisa just made it so easy and was so patient with us, going through all of our options and answering any questions.

Although the store is massive, if you have a rough idea of what you’re looking for then it’s perfect. We’re so excited to receive our order!

There’s a lot of choices here, which is great. This didn’t help us at first as we were a little overwhelmed at the choices (having never bought a pram before!) , but we talked to a great staff member who helped us narrow down our choices by asking about our lifestyle and what we wanted from a pram. This really helped us understand what options were the best for us.

We’ve been twice and everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. You can buy car seats and car bases here, as well as a number of cots, wardrobes and clothes in the store. Parking nearby and staff are happy to let you see if your preferred pram can fit into your car.
