I went into the pram centre on my second visit with my mum today and found the service from Nicola so honest and helpful that I left with my full pram system. I can’t thank her enough for all of the time she took to help me as well as giving myself and my mum time to walk around and make a decision. I had a brilliant experience

I had a fantastic experience when buying the pram however when it broke when my baby wasn't even 4 months old I had the most awful customer experience I've ever received. I felt that they continously pinned the blame on me for it breaking which is not the case it should not have broke with a 4 month baby weighing 13lbs. They were extremely unhelpful and have the worst attitude towards customers. I was told they were doing me a favour however travelled to their store 5 times to get my pram fixed/replaced. Nicola told me the pram wouldn't collapse with my baby in it but how can she be 100% sure? I was also told my pram had broke due to the way I was going up and down pavements which is not the case at all. I feel I was fobbed off numerous times when calling and I had to chase them up several times as well as getting a family friend to ask someone they knew who works there for an update. I would never recommend this store to anyone having a baby as its just added stress if anything goes wrong and I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing.

Great day at the Glasgow baby & toddler show! The ladies were very helpful at the icandy stall. They knew everything about the prams & we purchased our icandy peach 7 cerium bundle 😄 can’t wait to get it & hope to visit the pram centre store soon! Also bought our beautiful Moses basket. We were at the baby and toddler show where the Glasgow pram centre was exhibiting. All the staff were lovely and very knowledgeable. We purchased the maxi cosi car seat was quick service and great value. Thank you other members of staff also took the time to make conversation and interact with my niece. Highly recommend thank you.

Nicola helped us find our perfect car seat yesterday. She took the time to explain and demonstrate all of the safety features and model features which was fantastic. Cannot recommend the Glasgow Pram Centre enough, thank you for making choosing our car seat a fun and pleasant experience.

Visited the pram centre at the baby event at the sec. Staff so knowledgeable and answered so many questions for us. Made ordering our travel system so much easier

The store was easy to navigate, but the staff member we spoke to wasn’t particularly helpful. We described what we were after & she pointed at a corner of the store. It’s quite an overwhelming experience shopping for a pram if it’s your first baby, so a bit of guidance would have been nice.

My daughter was born end of June, pram was purchased April in preparation. Iv had a few queries with it and each time I have went in Lynn and Nicola have sorted me out

Get expert advice! I shopped online for an I-size swivel infant car seat but became confused. I then visited the pram centre, got great advice and drove away with the perfect seat at a great price, safe in the knowledge that I had the right product and maybe more importantly - had been shown how to use it properly. When it comes to this type of product then online shopping is not sensible and I’m delighted with the service we received from Sandra.

One bad review ruins 10 good ones!

Checked this store on google where it has some poor reviews. Even so, I said to give it a try as I nedeed expert advice and get the real feeling of some products I had in mind. And, I was so right!

This is a great shop for prams, strollers, car seats, accessories, nursery furniture etc. You can find all the premium brands lined up, it's like a posh stroller showroom! Everything you need is in stock in the warehouse next door, so no waiting x amount of weeks for delivery!

The staff was very helpful, special thanks to Joel and Erin who helped us choosing the best car seat for our needs. They have a chopped Mini Cooper in the store so you can fit it in before you actually test it in your own car. Joel was patient enough to show us multiple seats and when we chose our one he happily installed it in our car (after installing the shelf one for a fitting test).

I really recommend this shop I think this is the best in Scotland!

We had a great experience here shopping for our baby girl due in July. We were helped by Julie who was very knowledgeable about all the products available and answered all the questions we had. She helped us see if the pram we liked would fit in my car as the boot is small and nothing was too much trouble!

C949197- Dropped in to have a look for a pram for our baby due in July. There was a massive amount to choose from. Had my eye on the Egg2 Snuggle Bundle and a lovely sales assistant talked me through all the features, showed me how to fold the pram etc. Staff were all so nice and genuinely wanted to help. I cant recommend the Pram centre enough. We even went online to purchase our next to me from here also and the online shopping was so easy.

Great variety and prices. Staff very helpful and knowledgable about products. Answered all questions and demonstrated how to fold/adjust pram and fitted isofix base to car. Would definately recommend.

It’s quite daunting trying to work out what you need first time baby but Julie was super helpful, very patient 😉 advising on the various parts of travel systems etc. She spent ages helping us decide on pram and furniture, fabulous service highly recommend this store, great choice and outstanding staff who go out of their way.

C949869 - this is our first baby and so glad we decided to come to pram centre, they made process so easy and we enjoyable! Staff were amazing with good knowledge and definitely had the best selection at the best prices! Also didn’t expect them to stock other bits and pieces which was a nice surprise and meant we could get our baby bouncer at the same time! Excited to pick up our pram and car seat when it’s time and I’m sure they’ll also be amazing with getting that fitted and set up with us! Thank you :)
