Absolutely appalling service rings keep breaking engagement/wedding and eternity ring multiple repairs that we have to pay for.

As a Christmas-present, I bought what was sold as an eternity ring for my wife. As the name implies, it is something that would be worn frequently. It was one of their rainbow and saphire 18ct (A1230022M).
To be fair the ring did look beautiful and the design is wonderful. The workmanship on the otherhand was appauling.
The first stone fell out after six weeks.
The arrogance of the staff in store was stunning though. They consider themselves as "high class" jewelers. When my wife showed it to them, it wasn't a matter of "What happened?".
The first thing she was asked was: What did you do? in a very "talking down" tone of voice.
Well she explained that it just fell out.
NB: My wife is very particular and it was a stone on the side, that she couldn't have hit or bumped anywhere.
After a lot of back and forth they agreed to replace it free of charge (it was very obvious that it wasn't due to damage).
It took two weeks and we had asked to make sure that the other stones would be checked.
It took over two weeks to come back and a week later the stone right beside the replaced one went lost.
We went back and they wnated to charge us over £100 pounds and claimed it was my wifes fault, and that it musn't be worn frequently....
We declined and took it to another jewler who confirmed our suspicioun that it was poor workmanship.
We (happily) gave him £300.- to repair make sure all the stones were properly fixed in place.

I have reviewed Pravins, Cardiff before but I have to leave another one. The fabulous Stephanie has shown once again what an absolute star she is. We have purchased a few items from Pravins this year and Steph has been there to advice and help us create some stunning jewellery. But Stephanie went the extra mile, well more than that actually she went the extra several hundred in fact ! I tasked Steph with a very important piece of jewellery that I wanted to give to my husband on our wedding day. The piece being a beautiful pocket watch. Steph had created a stunning watch and I was due to collect the watch on Thursday 6th October, as I was flying to Iceland on Friday 7th at silly oclock. However due to no fault of Pravins, the watch did not arrive at the store on Thursday, it was with the Post Office and did not arrive as planned. As Steph knew how important it was that I received this watch by the Saturday so that I could give it to my future husband on the Sunday, the day of our wedding, she had a conversation with her directors to stress how important it was that I had this watch for the Sunday and had suggested that she fly out to Iceland personally to give me the watch. So I was over the moon when she advised that she and her colleague Bev were booked on a very late flight on the Friday evening and would deliver the watch to me. As my hotel was a bit of a trek from the airport, my wedding planner (Heidrun from Pink Iceland, amazing wedding planner by the way) had suggested Steph drop the watch to her home which was 20 mins away from the airport. Steph was fantastic and said that she was happy to do this, which was good as it would ensure that my partner did not bump into her in the reception area of the hotel hahaha, that could have taking some explaining.🤔 Steph was also instrumental in the two very beautiful gifts my husband gave me on my wedding day which was a beautiful diamond and sapphire bracelet and a beautiful teardrop sapphire and diamond necklace that was truly breathtaking. So Steph you are an absolute angel and we just wanted to say a BIG thank you to you, Jared and the entire team at Cardiff who always make us feel so, so special when we visit the store. No problem with the order or the product but I do object to being charged an extortionate amount for a telephone call, so unfortunately will not be using them again.

Loved Emma and André! These guys were way more professional, calm and also down to earth. Informed us from start to finish. We spoke three times before choosing the right rings, but every single time we felt more reassured. We are very thankful. 100% recommended.

Pravins messed us around with our wedding rings and caused us huge amounts of stress. Despite ordering our rings four months before our wedding, we were lucky to get them 48hrs before our ceremony. One ring hadn’t even been hallmarked. Poor communication, different excuses each time. Would strongly urge people to shop elsewhere.

I received my beautiful gold mother of pearl bracelet with complimentary next day delivery.

The packaging was absolutely beautiful with such attention to detail.

Absolutely adore my new fine jewellery piece and will be looking to buy more from the Nova range

I dealt with a young lady called Janeal and her team were absolutely spot on. Customer service was immaculate. The attention to detail was memorable and I couldn’t of asked for a better service. Would highly recommend Pravins Cardiff,especially if you are not the most confident person when it comes to picking jewellery. Soon as my partner and I walked into the shop we were greeted by Stephanie who took great care of us from the start to finish. Complementary drinks were offered straight away and she took her time going through every detail in slow time for us, answering all of our questions. She made us feel that it wasn’t about the sale for her it was about meeting our needs and what we wanted. She literally went above and beyond for us making our experience enjoyable and comfortable. Her and her colleagues were amazing and very welcoming couldn’t fault anything about the business.
