Paul recently installed a Zappi EV charger at my home. I didn’t know much about chargers when I contacted him but he was really helpful from the outset, and I was really pleased with the quality of work. Great customer service from start to finish.
Paul recently fitted an Alpha 10kw battery storage system consisting of 2 Alpha Smile B3 plus 5kw batteries. He also installed a Zappi smart car charger and an Eddi power diverter for our hot water system. He was extremely polite, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. He explained everything very clearly throughout the whole process, and did a superb job. The whole installation has been excellently done. He clearly takes pride in his work and the entire installation was left clean and tidy. He responded quickly to our emails and calls prior to the installation and is always ready and happy to answer any questions as part of a superb after service. I cannot recommend him highly enough. PRC Electrical was recomended to me by MyEngergi for a 'Zappi' EV charger inquiry as a qualified / appoved Zappi installer. I chose PRC out of several recomended contractors as I wanted additional work carried out such as, upgrading my main consumer unit and adding additional circuits and could tie i.n with my solar panel syste. From my experience the other contracts only wanted to work from menu based pricing only for the EV charger side. Paul was really easy to talk to, gave solid advice expecially on the available EV options. Responses to questions were prompt and clear. Progress updates were frequent and work was completed was to an extremely high standard. Work areas were left clean and tidy. The invoice was accurate. PRC is a contractor that I would not hessitate to reccomend.
