Bought a game through the website KuantoKusta.pt, that was being sold by this store, they said it would take 2 days to arrive. It wasn't sent until a week later. When the game arrived, it was the wrong game, not even close to what I bought. I returned it and they took forever to cancel my order so I could get my money back, or to confirm if they would be sending me the correct game. They insisted that the game should be well packed on return, safely, when they sent the (wrong) game in a regular envelope... After they got the game, it still took them a week to make the refund, always being really rude and not helpful, and saying that they didn't receive the package back when, indeed, they did. Never again will I buy from this "store". Took me around three weeks to solve something that was supposed to take two days. Never got an apology for the delay or for the wrong item, only limited answers.

Order not being shipped despite customer care claiming to do it.

Made an order on the 15th of May through
kuantokusta.pt (a portuguese online marketplace), from preciosya.es store and the delivery was scheduled for the 20th.
Reaching the 20th, I see that the item wasn't even shipped. I tried to reach out 2 times that day (through the marketplace chat), without an answer. The Marketplace administrator contacted them without success as well. Fast forward to today, Monday, 23rd: Reached them out again through the conventional way (Marketplace chat) and got no answer.

I emailed the Customer support from both marketplace and Preciosya, and I instantly got a reply from Preciosya saying to contact them through the Marketplace, so they could help.

I contacted them again (marketplace), and again no answer. I emailed them back explaining that I was being ignored, and guess what? That email got ignored as well

Basically they're keeping my money, not shipping my order (order, shipping and delivery should amount a total of 5 business days, and the item is not yet even shipped after 6), and blatantly ignoring me for whatever reason.

Horrible customer support, feels like I'm just being mocked and thrown around like a ping-pong ball. This is either a horrible case of incompetence or a horrible case of treating their customers like garbage.

I am now trying to get a refund for the item, because their schedule was missed. Request which got ignored as well.
