Precise Surveyors were actually recommended by a legal service we were using and it’s was an excellent call.
From the lovely lady at reception who was very knowledgable about the service they offered and the process involved, to Matt the surveyor who was polite and professional and even helped us out with some IT issues.
Would not hesitate to use this service again and highly recommend Precise Surveyors.

I have received an amazing service from this local company from start to finish.

From the moment my survey report was available Jamie provided me with non-stop advice and guidance.

There were some issues that required some urgent attention and Jamie offered me many an opportunity to discuss/explore solutions. He made himself available 24/7, replying sometimes out of office working hours to answer my queries/concerns and remained in contact until they were resolved.

Without Jamie’s support I wouldn’t have known what to do. He had a wealth of knowledge and expertise which was invaluable.

From ringing up to talk about booking the survey to the post-survey calls, the team were incredibly responsive, helpful and willing to talk through any concerns. The survey was thorough and Jamie called to discuss all key elements and where our focus should be. He additionally offered to read a follow up report that we had done off the back of a survey to help us to better understand the contents. From our first contact with Kerry, Precise Surveyors were friendly, professional, helpful and supportive. Kerry arranged the appointment very quickly and Jamie carried out the survey in August 2025. The report was available the following day. It was very thorough and Jamie invited us to talk through anything we needed clarification on. We spoke to Jamie to discuss the report and future plans, and he was happy to explain things. Sadly the purchase did not go ahead but our experience with Jamie and Kerry was excellent. We would certainly recommend Precise Surveyors and would definitely use them again in the future.

This is the first time I have used Precise and did so, following a recommendation by a friend.
Kerry was very helpful during the booking process, although the initial booking is done via an online portal, I did still speak to Kerry on a few occasions who was very attentive and always called me back if initially unavailable and kept me updated about the survey date.
My survey was completed by Jamie who provided an estimated date to provide the full written report which was provided on time.
I found the report to be thorough, clear and concise.
Jamie telephoned me to talk me through his findings which I really appreciated. I also spoke with him a few days later as I wanted to clarify a couple of things. Jamie was very patient, I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance.
All staff who I’ve dealt with were very friendly, professional and clearly aim to provide a good service and I’m happy to recommend this company following my positive experience.

This is out second experience of Precise Surveyors and Matt. We chose Matt based on our first experience. His knowledge and thorough inspection was outstanding.

Kerry who is the first point of contact went above and beyond to make our experiences, professional, but with a friendly approachable manner.

Precise surveyors were very helpful from start to finish with the level 2 survey we requested on a house purchase .
Jamie Taylor conducted a thorough survey which was reported back clearly .
Jamie was happy to discuss the report he created for us and he advised us clearly on our next steps .

Matt was very in-depth with his survey and provided a very comprehensive report off the back of this. A phone call was then received to discuss the findings.

As a nervous first time buyer I cannot recommend Precise Surveyors enough. Kerry was extremely helpful during my initial chat, answering all of my questions about how things work and making sure I had all the information I needed.

I did a lot of research on surveyors and Precise was by far the highest rated. I was sent a sample of their work and immediately could see why.

Matt conducted a very thorough survey on the house and we got the results very quickly. He then took the time to talk us through all of our questions and give us some really great insight into what we were getting ourselves into. I have used Precise Surveyors twice now and the service and experience from the first phone call with Kerry to dealing with Jamie I could not fault them. They were quick to respond with quotes and queries, and got me booked in very quickly. Jamie's report was very in depth and covered a lot more than I thought it was. Being a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect and Jamie has really made the whole process easier. He is very approachable if you have any questions with the report he has produced. He goes through the house meticulously and really does go that extra step. Highly recommend this company. I will be using them again.

The surveyor Jamie Taylor did a fantastic job and made me feel like I was in safe hands. Being a first time buyer uou hear so many horror stories and it is so hard to know who to trust so many reviews so you go on gut. I viewed a house with a different estate agent to the one I was buying from and the agent was so friendly honest and professional even though I was not purchasing with them I valued their advice when it came to surveyors, they put me in touch with PRECISE. From the minute they picked up the phone to receiving the report the service has been 10/10. Jamie is special and if you can ask for Jamie is my one bit of advice. What Jamie does what is amazing is he goes that extra length not only does he enter the property and go through it with a fine comb from the ground to the roof, but also the level of detail in the report was brilliant, and even though the property I was purchasing had alot of character Jamie took the time out to explain everything in detail in that report and what it means for me.
