Overall, they did a good job; however, I noticed they didn't exactly follow APA guidelines for in-text citations. For example They included initials. For examaple they allowed J.W. Smith et al., 2025 versus Smith et al., 2025. My instructor told me this isn't the APA 7 approach. Also, they missed some key points in my feedback about maintaining the same alignment, for example. Instead of me saying things like happy, happier, and happiness, everything had to be in alignment with "happy," rather than interchanging happier and happiness. Also, there was still feedback from my instructor, such as that things remain less clear, that there were some improvements, and that it missed the original point present in the document I provided.

This company is exceptional! They helped me out so much with my prospectus and proposal. They are awesome. Szamore was patient, prompt, & knowledgeable. I couldn’t have finished my doctorate without him.
