Where do I begin? Precision was there for me from start to finish providing me with exceptional support. My dissertation coaches were phenomenal. I state "coaches" because I have had more than one where some had stronger skills and experiences than others. However, their coaching skills were complimentary. I started with Craig who is probably the most knowledgeable and business savvy professional that I have ever encountered. If it were not for Craig, I probably would not have move forward so quickly with my project. I knew what I wanted to achieve, but Craig provided me with insights and background knowledge. I learned a lot from Craig. My other coaches were Jonathan, Ben, Stephanie, and I am sure that I missed one more who came on board later. All were phenomenal and brought different perspectives to the table. I would like to state to others who are considering Precision, that it is good to understand your own project and also stay engaged along the way. Doing so allows for greater communication. Do not expect anyone to write your project; you must also come with a plan. The Precision coaches are there to educate and provide 100% assistance, but also "you" have to be engaged and review your work for clarity. Do not just turn something in. Review it to ensure that you understand. If not, Precision is there to offer help and "fill" in those gaps. This team is the best. I have referred at least three Master's and Doctoral students to Precision to assist with their literature review, coding, and also with the guidance that they may not or have not gained from their dissertation chair. Precision Consulting is the company you should contact if you are looking for professional and spotless work. I've used their services for a while now and I've always been satisfied beyond my expectations. Szamor Williams (my project manager) is a jewel to work with. Not only is he extremely professional, but he always goes above and beyond for his clients. Szamor always made sure I was 100% satisfied and it was comforting to know that he always had my back. From the receptionist to project managers, the staff at Precision Consulting is remarkable and treat each client with respect. Trying to figure out where to get started was really hard. I didn’t know how to pick the right topic since my topics kept getting rejected for my 10 strategic points. I was lucky that when I called Szamor told me that they worked with my university all the time. I didn’t think it would be so hard to “find a gap” in current research but my chair loved the first version they helped me with. Finally! I’m happy to keep working with Szamor and think he is super patient, which is good since this is my first rodeo and I have a million questions.

It took a little time to get the product but once I received the package and install the bulbs, which is super easy, I was very happy and satisfied. The bulbs are a simple plugin because they have no polarity issues which makes the installation even smoother. The kit contains plenty of bright led bulbs and looks great once installed. I would buy this product again.

Szamor was with me until the very end, through many ups and downs, but I am a Dr. today. Because of his fine work, I will likely use Precision Consulting for future publishing endeavors.

Graduation came 2 years later than I had planned, but from what I hear that isn't so uncommon at GCU. It was disappointing and I definitely was starting to get discouraged hat my chair didn't even seem to be reading the revisions I was sending sometimes. I found these guys on Google and figured it wouldn't hurt to talk to somebody - when I called I got Szamor. He was kind of quirky but we got along well and he helped me to figure out what it was that I needed to do to move my work forward. He kept talking about alingment and sometimes would give me examples of what needed to be fixed, so I would understand what they were doing. I felt like a part of the process and learned quite a bit, which made me feel a lot better about asking for help.

Big thanks to Paul Rhodes and the rest of the team at Precision! I struggled for years with my program at Grand Canyon University, but they were able to guide me through my disso. My only wish is that they would do Skype meetings. But it went so smoothly once they got involved! Would definitely recommend.

Not happy with the service. My consultant “Ben” will not return my calls. I have waited 3-4 months for work to be returned. When I did receive a rewrite, The rewrites were sloppy and did not follow specific instructions. Overall, I’m am not happy with the service and want a full refund. Not professional and very little follow up.

I didn't want to work with Precision, because it seemed like a waste of money to hire someone to talk to me about my research. That's what my chair is for. I hated that URR kept telling me my proposal wasn't ready for approval because of my chapter 3 and it felt like I was going around in circles. Precision helped me to figure out what it was that my work was missing and to make the necessary changes pretty quickly. I liked how smart Stephanie, who I spoke with initially, was. She knew everything about Walden's hundred checklists and the stuff that kept not making sense to me. I've seen reviews for Szamor too, so when she said he'd be helping me, I didn't think too much about having him come on board. He was really good at responding to my questions and helping me, but I definitely felt like Stephanie and I had the best connection, but it could just be a Texas thing. Both of them treated me like an old friend and helped me out a lot. Talking to a methodologist to figure out the issues with chapter 3 was an interesting experience. She asked a bunch of questions and then a couple of days later gave me a plan to fix my work. I was embarassed that Precision could figure out in a few days what I had struggled with for months, but it worked!

It wasn't that surprising that when I called Precision, the guy I spoke with knew a lot about qualitative analysis, but what I thought was really great was how he was willing to speak with me at times outside of typical busiess hours. Stuffs crazy with the Covid-19 epidemic and with kids now at home full time and my wife's business closed, I just didn't have time to figure out how to get my transcripts analyzed. Not only did Szamor show me that some of my research questions didn't align properly, but he actually helped teach me what to look for and do over the phone and with youtube videos. I could tell he really wanted me to make it, and I appreciate that so much.
