Great price, great shipping, excellent customer service when I called and inquire about the item I wanted to order (Titan One pickleball machine).

Received a phone call to clarify my order. Couldn’t ask for much more. Received within a week.

I bought a MotoTec Alien 50cc dirt bike for my son’s birthday. It took me several days to get shipping confirmation from Precision Performances. I had to reach out through their chat several days after offing it to get this information. Once I got it the order had already shipped. After it got shipped there was a delay in delivery date due to a damaged label on the box it was shipped in. I did get the deliver a day after expected delivery date due to this. Once I received it, the box it came in was severely damaged. When I opened the box the screw to hold the front fender in place was broken off at the threads inside the hole which means I couldn’t attach the front fender anymore.i went ahead and tried starting it to see if anything else was damaged and I could not get it to start. I emailed the company to get start instructions to ensure I was doing it correctly and I was. The instructions it came with had no start guide and the fuel ratio it said to use was 25:1 and when I emailed them they said to use 32:1 so now I’m unsure of what gas to oil ratio to use. Still trying to work all this out with the company but I keep being passed between precision performances and mototecusa. All of this was suppose to be for me son’s birthday but that fell flat because of this.

I was incredibly impressed by the efficiency with which the team was able to get multiple quotes sent out with our exact needs. We wanted to get multiple machines before the end of our fiscal year, and the team made it happen! After purchasing, communications with the staff from Precision Performances were timely, and I was kept in the loop on the status of my order. Shipping was fast and all three machines that were ordered showed up in prime condition! Loved working with the team for this purchase, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great pricing! At checkout it showed free shipping and even though it came truck freight, I still got the free shipping. Only issue was the website couldn't find my order when I searched for it so I wasn't sure the basketball hoop was going to arrive until several days later when it finally shipped.

I had ordered a model that wasn't in stock, with no expected in stock date. They called, found a good replacement model and got it out to me within the week. I had an amputation and needed the chair, so getting it within the first week was necessary. Thank you for that.

Price was more than competitive on this item. Took a little longer in shipping than I thought it should. Called to ask what was going on and got a live person that explained things to me. Vendor was a little slow getting the item out. Overall, a great product from a good company.

After 85 miles on this bike and charging for the second time after 65 miles at fifty percent, I can honestly say that this bike is truly amazing. The Freesky Alaska has more features, better components, and even looks cooler than the competition. The frame is very big (to accommodate two huge batteries,) so this is something to consider if you’re under 5’8” tall. This was the e-bike for me, and Precisionperformances delivered it at the lowest price.
