Exact item delivered much sooner than projected. One part was found broken but was replaced by manufacturer within days. Love my Waterower!!! use it almost every day. Definitely worth the money!

I was ready to purchase an Elliptical machine, did my research and found places that sold the one I was looking for. The one thing that steered me to Precor Home Fitness at Stevens Creek were the great reviews of the store, the equipment and the staff (Mark and John). I dealt with Mark for my purchase. He was all that the reviews made him to be, 5 stars. He is very knowledgeable, patient and provided the specifics on all the elliptical machines in stock and that they carry but allowed us to make the decision. We received the machine on the date promised. Unbeknownst to me the installers stripped some screws on the main panel. The reason I found was due to a service visit for a non functioning heart rate monitor. The HR monitor was fixed. The technician told me about the stripped screws but did not know if the store would replace the entire panel for stripped screws. They did and everything works fine. I am thinking of buying another piece of equipment and you can bet that I will buy from this store.

I wish they would have told me that the electronic control panel was being shipped separately. I was not happy, at first.
Communication was great when I told them I could not find the panel and they informed me it was coming via FedEx to prevent damage. All in all they were great.

Heather is one of the best associates and helped us patiently to decide on an excellent choice for home gym. She is very knowledgable. And is able to help compare various options customized to our needs.

Trevor Engen was very helpful and informative in our purchase, however a subsequent phone call when I had a question was handled by someone else (didn't get the name) who sounded very impatient and said he would have to call back with an answer. Never got the call.
