Enjoyed my WaterRower purchase and buying experience at Precor

It is so nice to have a commercial style gym in our home. Such great quality and everything we need. We bought Precor because this is the brand all the gym's we've attended utilize. Because of their construction and quality devices used. Precor Home Fitness was VERY helpful in our selection for our home. Provided a great price for delivery and setup, which is essential. Seriously, don't attempt to do this yourself. The construction of the gym is just too important for your safety to mess around trying to be a do-it-yourselfer. We are so happy and thankful to finally have a home gym.

Good machine and the Delivery and takeaway of old machine went smoothly.

The sales person that helped me was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The equipment that we purchased has worked out very well. There was a problem with one of the pieces, but they came right out and took care of it without a problem. My only reason for not giving five stars is that the pricing between stores was very different for the same piece of equipment. I first went to the Bellevue store because it's closest to my home, but found that the prices there were 20% or more higher then their store down at South Center so I ended up buying at South Center. Jason was very helpful...

I love my Precor rack.
It's heavy duty, but not overkill. It's great to have so much cable/fly functionality in such a compact package. It leaves plenty of room for complimentary home gym equipment in my garage.

Very helpful an all around good buying experience

The short profile is perfect for our low ceiling. It's a little too noisy.

I use the Precor Treadmill almost every day of the week. However, at least once every two weeks, the treadmill does not start up and an error message appears on the display. Usually I am able to fix the problem by turning off the treadmill for 30 seconds and then turning it back on.

Other than that, I am very satisfied with the unit.

No problems with the elliptical and fast delivery.
