The Inspire FT1 does just what we need
The Inspire FT1 does just what we need. Paired with a set of adjustable dumbbells and a foldable squat rack, the FT1 is the workhorse of the cable exercises. It's smooth operating and compact. (Garage gym and the cars had to fit.)
Purchase - the Precor rep when I was buying and the only objection was the cost said, "Have you seen our Inspire line?" Won my trust. The big Precor machines are brilliant but too much for a home gym.
Delivery/set up - first class. Guys were on time and quick.

Not as advertised
Happy with product and the service. Was not satisfied with the explanation of features. Purchased machine, assembled at home, then found out that the weight was HALF of what was advertised/explained.

This place is fantastic!!! Great variety of products, wonderful staff, and excellent customer service. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They also are not pushy with their sales tactics; they listened to our needs, showed us a variety of options, and didn't press us to make a decision right away.

Brian spent a lot of time with me
Brian spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions online, on the phone and in the store, at various stages of the exploration and purchasing process--without any kind of aggressive sales pitches which would have turned me off. I was looking at Rowing machines and ended up purchasing a WaterRower (which I was initially wanting to try and why I went to Precor Home Fitness first) after exploring the various options at that store and other stores.
