Is this a scam?
Ordered a home gym a few weeks ago and I have reached out several times for an update on shipping. No response. I understand that due to Covid-19 shipments are delayed but some sort of communication needs to be given to the buyers. Do you have the equipment or not? If not, can you guarantee it in the upcoming few weeks? I'm about to call the better business bureau. You had no problem charging me and taking my money!
Update: I have been contacted that the shipment is delayed into the New Year. Still no confirmation date of delivery yet. More to come.

Disappointing waiting since August Unreliable
Waiting since August for my inspire fitness FTX still haven't received it. Customer service over a period of months says things that just don't add up.
So now according to Precor Home Fitness as of last week December 4th the shipping company they choose to use Tristate Delivery And Assembly had possession of the item. And while having been contacted by them that Friday where I was told I would receive confirmation my delivery appointment this week on Monday it is now Thursday Dec 10th and still no appointment has been made, so I've reached out again and am waiting to hear back. The customer service experience is pretty awful albeit everyone is polite but that doesn't offset the fact that nobody keeps their word which is aggravating since they already have your money. And so I will keep updating hopefully this does get resolved soon and they don't ruin Christmas
12/24
So I’m following up an adding that my order did finally arrive on December 23rd and the guys who delivered it from Tristate were actually super helpful. So at least it wasn’t like a total rip off my order was eventually fulfilled but it was more stress then any other online purchase ive ever encountered.
People should read reviews before…
People should read reviews before ordering. I placed an order for an exercise mat. I never received shipping or tracking so I tried to contact them by email and phone but they do not respond. I will be looking into options to obtain a refund but if you haven't already purchased from them save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere. Maybe they aren't even in business anymore.

3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional…
3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional Inspire machine, when the initial lead time was 4 weeks. They keep saying next week, in few days, etc. They are not honest with customers. Even if you try to buy the same right now they will tell you the same lead time and same answers when they know it is not true. Asked for procedure to get refund in case I want it but they did not reply my question.
4 month yet to receive. Confirmed the availability before placing the order.
Order Inspire FT2 in July. Yet to receive. Before placing the order confirmed if the item is in stock. Response received "New orders are shipping in about 4 weeks. We have stock arriving weekly.". I was ok for a 4 to 8 weeks time frame. But After 4 weeks i recevice only one response they are waiting for weight stacks. Just thought of checking if they were geniune in there business. Contacted as a new customer early this week and received the same response saying they have the item in stock and can deliver in 4 to 7 weeks. Only reason I oredered is because i saw a lot of great reviews here.
Update 10/22: No update yet on the expected delivery.
Update 11/20: Still waiting. Got a response last week from customer service "At this point, we are still waiting on the plates to clear port inspections before they ship directly to our distribution warehouse." I do not believe unless its delivered to my door because of my experience so far. I will definitely update here once I receive the item.
Update 11/27: Received my Inspire FT2 today. Have taken the installation service and the crew were extremely professional. Would have been a 5 star service if the delivery promise is met. Updated the rating from 1 to 4 as I am believing this might have caused only because of the current covid situation.

2 months for a Lemon
I ordered a bike on July 21st, 2020. Fully understanding that the supply/demand chain during Covid is making things very difficult for manufacturers/suppliers. That said, Precor told me the bike would ship in 1-2 weeks. Well they told me that 4 times until it finally shipped a 7 weeks after I ordered it and paid in full. I had to call a sales representative who told me that they could ship me the 'Spin Climb' instead of the bike I ordered because it was in stock. She also told me it was a better bike for the money. OK! let's do it.
The bike shows, up on a Friday. I put it together and it clearly has some manufacturing issues. The belt drive is misaligned and potentially the flywheel. It sounds awful, grinding, loud, awful etc.... I call customer service and they don't work Fridays. It's a long weekend so I wait until Tuesday to get a hold of someone. They start a 'case #' and send a tech out on Thursday morning. He thinks it's a simple belt adjustment. Well it IS not. He had to remove the flywheel and reinstall it.
The service tech was quite good and friendly, but the bike is still incredibly loud and to me doesn't seem to work correctly. I'm not sure he actually did anything at all.... the flywheel still looks to rotate in a cockeyed manner.
The sales team went radio silent of course once the bike shipped. Something is wrong with this bike in a manufacturing.
Ordered in June, yet to receive anything
Ordered on June 29th and have yet to receive my equipment. Emailed, called, tried online chat, and I get a very VERY slow response time. And when I do I'm told my item will either ship out next week, or I'd get an update next week. Terrible experience for a first time buyer.
Still Waiting...
Placed an order online with Precor on May 30. It is now July 1st and still no word back from them on delivery status. Item was in stock when I placed order and received confirmation order that stated lead times were up to 10 days given the current environment (no problem with that). I have sent 3 emails to customer service and have received zero response! I have tried the online sales support chat and for the last 3 weeks I have been told I’m 4th on the allocation list and should expect delivery by end of the week.....another week and not even a peep. Unsure if Precor is always this bad through online ordering. Will think twice before ordering from them again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for a product costing $2k+.

The prices were really great. Excellent fitness equipment, I've ordered from Precor Home Fitness several times already and everything was great. My orders came quickly, everything was carefully packaged. It seems to me that this isn't the last time I order at Precor Home Fitness XD

Weve had it for about only two weeks but have never been able to use it.
Broken at the start. Still waiting for someone to.come fix it. Did we get sold a floor model? A lemon?
Easy and quick transaction
Easy and quick transaction. The product arrived within a few days and was easy to assemble. Thanks!
This is a great cushiony pad
This is a great cushiony pad. Now I just have to use it!
Great After-sales support!
After sale customer support was fantastic. There were some shipping issues and Lisa Singleton was very helpful. Pricing was much more fair than from the local Precor fitness shop who would have charged me more for a display model and then charged me for delivery - so I saved $200 and delivery fees - great value!
Precor needs to support their online…
Precor needs to support their online sales department better with their traditional sales. It took a long time to get a shipping notice from precor - long enough to warrant a phone call. That call to the sales department, using phone number on confirmation email, ended up in the wrong sales area who couldn’t seem to help except to email the online sales team. Very pleased with product itself, so no complaint there.

Eric and Mark are outstanding!
I ordered the CS800 stepper on 8/26/19
I ordered the CS800 stepper on 8/26/19. It’s 9/23/19 and I still have not received the stepper. Immediately after placing my order I was emailed that the stepper was on back order and will take approximately 2 weeks. I agreed to the extended length. At two weeks I had to contact to Precor Home fitness for updates. They responded with an additional week. Again, I agreed and asked for free installation. No response. A week later, no product and no updates. I contacted Precor Fitness AGAIN. They responded, and claim the stepper will ship mid week and they will include free installation. Through email, I inquired about expedited shipping and the installation process. No response. I hope to give a positive review after I receive the stepper. However, I am concerned about future business with Precor Fitness due to the lack of customer support and I haven’t even received their product.
