Horrible company

Horrible company. They say an item is covered then don't pay the dealership. Then they find any rain they can to void warranties. They tell you they only pay the average of the shops in the area, but then when you call those shops, they're higher price.D, but you get stuck paying the difference. Bbb complaint going attorney general next and lawyer. Don't waste your money

Iv tried to use my warranty twice now…

Iv tried to use my warranty twice now on my truck and they always find a way to say this part isn’t covered. First one was a gasket second is a sensor and plus a high tech system sensor which I have the high tech package. Never again will I buy from this company and will push everyone on my social media pages to stay away when buying a new vehicle.

Caleb Overdorf was a great help and made the experience that much better. He went above and beyond to help rectify the issue with my jeep. Pwi is a great and understanding company. They go above and beyond the rest of the warranty companies hands down.

Caleb was great along with Mike. They made the process easy and very painless. I work with aftermarket insurance companies a lot and I have to say this was the smoothest one yet.

It's been a pleasure to work with preferred warranties

I have had multiple issues with this vehicle and so far preferred warranties Inc has come through. Currently going through another issue. Customer service called me, opened up a new claim and made this experience. Definitely a lot easier. I'm a large family. We have a suburban. We are all shoving in a little car. While this is in the shop. They've always been very speedy with getting A claim opened and somebody out there to take a look at the vehicle to make this process as fast as possible. Thank you

Caleb is such an asset to your company…

Caleb is such an asset to your company to say the least. I have been with East Bay Autohaus for almost 16 years, when it comes to warranty companies (which I deal with at least 2 a day) it can be difficult, but not with your company thanks to Caleb.
he is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable.
Thank you Caleb for you help!! I will be referring this warranty company to many clients as they ask me everyday for recommendations.

Why does your website say 24 7 customer…

Why does your website say 24 7 customer service ? And why does your website also say your hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 7:00 pm and adjusters are available on Saturdays @8:30am -12:30 pm .
But when I call on Saturday I can't get ahold of anyone at all and it 9:28 am right now on Saturday ? Also why does my warranty brochure say that you guys offer rental cars for up to 6 days on the brochure I received when purchasing a warranty plan with you guys but wheni get on your website I see no info about car rentals when searching your entire website even under FAQs/ under questions / answers . But you did make a Faq questions about why people say bad things about your company on reviews and also have a answer for your ... Maybe get rid of this faq question from the list and add something about rental cars and how that process is taken ...
