I gave PWI 3 stars because it all depends on who you talk to.
To make a really long story short, I have been dealing with PWI for a year and a half for transmission issues with my 2017 Ram 3500.
IF you talk to the right person, like claims adjuster Steve Stefanowicz, PWI is great to work with.
However, not everyone at PWI is like Steve. Some are just downright rude and not enjoyable to talk with at all.
That being said, I am very thankful that I have an extended warranty on the truck but I've purchased 3 warranties since and none of them have been with PWI.
If everyone at PWI was like Claims Adjuster Steve Stefanowicz, I would have no problem buying PWI products in the future and recommending to friends and family.

I’m beyond frustrated with this warranty. I spent over $8,000 on this warranty. my car has a strong gas odor inside. A certified shop confirmed there’s a leak near the engine, so I filed a claim. The inspector who came out was grumpy and rude, and he said, “I can’t take a picture of gas or exhaust fumes,” so the claim was denied. I called support and reopened the claim, but the process has been a nightmare.
The inspector insisted I leave my car at the shop overnight so he could check a cold start in the morning, but he never showed up. Now, I’m stuck without a car, losing money because I can’t get to work, and still fighting to get the warranty protection I was promised. My car is still sitting in the shop, waiting for the inspector, and once again, I’ve been forced to leave it overnight. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
UPDATE: got a new inspector and they finally showed up late last night. He was super nice and was able to find the issues. I will remove this review when my case gets approved.

Unless your vehicle it’s not working anymore, they won’t cover Harley anything, give you the runaround for weeks just to still deny your claim
