Brilliant service as usual, everything was to time, communications were excellent, installers were excellent, so no issues at all.

Fitters arrived on time, made no mess, completed the work quickly and efficiently, explained the instructions, and the bill matched the quote as did the timescale from estimate to fitting. Would recommend without hesitation and am happy to show the job to anyone thinking of using them.

I had a few quotes from different companies and chose to go with Premier Garage Doors based on the professionalism of the staff that did the quote. They weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. They explained the pros and cons of the different methods of installation and give me all the information for me to make up my own mind on the option that I had. This was like a breath of fresh air when compared to the other quotations that I had received. I placed my order and they called me back within a few hours to arrange a date for installation. The day of installation came and the workmanship was excellent. The staff removed all rubbish including the old door. They kept everything clean and tidied throughout the job and even threw in some extra key fobs and some trim to go around the door reveals. All in all an excellent company to deal with and professional throughout. I would hesitate in recommending them to family and friends or everyone else for that matter.

From our first contact the service has been exceptional. We got the quote quickly after the initial visit and then a date to fit the garage door. On the day everything went smoothly and the after sales service has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Steve kept us informed right through the process and couldn’t be more accommodating as we have had our door fitted while we build the house, but not all components could be fitted as we were not ready.
So door and motor in and when we are more finished extras will be fitted on second visit no problem.
