Excellent Service.
The installation of our garage roller door was excellent 2 years ago. We telephoned the office this morning as the door wasn't closing properly. A helpful man answered the phone and immediately diagnosed the problem and all it required was new batteries in the little box on the door. It now works perfectly thanks to him.

From start to finish I was very impressed by the level of service: a prompt response to my initial contact, with colour samples and written cost quotation; a very comprehensive and informative survey by Steve who gave me reassuring answers to my questions and concerns; Steve and his mate did an excellent job of removing the old garage door and installing the new door, with a clear demonstration of how to operate it.
I am a retired mechanical engineer and I know good solid engineering when I see it.

Firstly, Steve came out as agreed to do the survey, who was a very friendly and genuine guy. We discussed some options and agreed upon an install date.

Steve and his colleague arrived exactly as agreed and the job was done really professionally, quicker than I'd expected and they also cleaned up afterwards.

The doors and control equipment are top notch. Feels really good quality and everything comes with a multi-year guarantee. Steve said it is himself who comes out to respond to any servicing / operation issues.

Price wise, I shopped around and these guys are very competitive indeed. When you factor in the quality of the work and customer service, I'm absolutely delighted I went with Premier.

In summary, I'd have absolutely no hesitation recommending them.
