We had an amazing experience with our flooring project from the time Mike & Mick walked into our home, they were very knowledgeable about the product, explained the process to us, was not pushy like most sales people, that alone made us feel comfortable in making our decision without having to go any further in looking at other flooring companies! It was a pleasure working with Edgar, our installer, he is very friendly & polite, he went above & beyond to do everything to make our flooring project go as smoothly as possible, I would highly recommend him & Premier Home Pros to anyone needing work done, he is truly a professional & very good at what he does!

We have a beautiful bathroom and owe it all to the installers of Premier Home Pros. They were precise in detail and professional in their workmanship. The products they used were the top of the line. We are pleased and highly recommend Premier Home Pros.

FACTS: 1-Shower valve was not put in place quoted, discussed and shown w install team, 2-drain pipe installed on an angle causing backflow, 3-first team left multi tool blades, utility knife blades, shower curtain rings (not even mine) and other garbage on my lawn, 4-glass took a long time to get but install (2nd team) was good

Michael and angelo are to very nice guys did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.and answered all my question i asked. They left my home like they were even here.

The workers were very attentive to details and stay busy until the job was done. They kept us informed on how they were doing and were very nice. They left every thing neat and clean. They showed me how to operate the tub and explained warranty to me. These young men were courteous, polite, and payed attention to detailed in there work. They cleaned up everything when done

The sales and installation teams were good. However, the contact arranging the installation was not pleasant and there was a big time lack of coordination with the installation. Still waiting on the shower door to arrive and then be installed. Would think that everything would need to be received before installation would be scheduled. That was not the case and seems to not be a productive way to work with customers as well as the installation crews.

Am very happy with the purchase and installation and would recommend Premier Home Pros to family and friends. The installation team is very helpful and informative with all operations. My tub arrived and was installed when promised and clean up very good. Everyone is very caring

Our installer was very good at what he is doing. He took great care in the details of the project. He is friendly and yet professional as well! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
