Matt did excellent work, everything came out beautifully.

The crew was very professional and thorough. Created a barrier around the room where the work was being carried out to prevent dust from the remodeling activity from getting into other portions of the house. The sales reps.should be trained better
My rep told me my bathroom floor would be leveled before the new floor was installed. But they they didn't do that. I was told I would get a second grab bar for stepping out of my new juccuzi tub because I'm 82, but they don't do that. Granted I signed the contract that only had 1 grab bar but I thought I was getting 2
The next issue is it was supposed to start May 6 and not take more than 2 maybe 3 days
First the night of the 5th I get a call wrong tub was ordered it will be another week. Then the next Wed. the guys found the tub was damaged. Tried to get it by Fri. But no luck and call from anyone . I called the workers to get the info. It took 2vweeks to finish but no bath or shower in all that time and no one reached out to maybe give me a discount or maybe the other grab bar inside the tub. I chose them because of a job they did for my friend. I will be sure to let people what I went thru when they ask. My time and situation means something.the actually contractors, were very polite,apologetic and personable. They worked hard and long to finish. They cleaned up when they were done. I would let them work in my home anytime

Instalation was supposed to be two days. Took 12days due to the door was incorrectly ordered. Also the insert was installed wrong and had to redo. Contacted Michael Hunt to explain my concerns. He never returned my call. I had to take extra time off work due to this. Company never once offered money off or a discount for all the issues and extra time.

Very professional installation, great product! Installers took their time to ensure the job was done thoroughly and expertly dealt with plumbing issues of our older home.

Overall my experience was a good one, the work done was excellent and I am very satisfied. This company has to work on its communicating with the customer regarding setting up scheduling an appt to have the work done, including following up. Their communication in this regard needs improvement.

The install appeared to go fine. It took longer than expected but finished nice. Then immediately had issues with the cheap plastic finishes and water not working. Area manager had to come fix the installers work. 3 weeks later the replacement cheap plastic parts are broken again and support is unresponsive. Would not recommend for any bathroom project of any kind, they cant even back their own installers or be bothered to use good finishes which should be bare minimum for the price being charged

We had a walk in tub installed- the workers (Fidel, Walter & Ferdi) were very professional, courteous & polite. They cleaned up behind themselves and were very respectful of our property. The Manager called to insure we were pleased. The quality of their work is outstanding- I highly recommend this company.

Quality of work ,how clean they work ,make sure to cover floors from the main entrance to the bathroom .Installers very professional and Knowledgeable. They entire processes ,since the consultation ,has been amazing. Consultant Nick did a awesome presentation of company ,materials .Was a very pleasant first meeting ,then Eddie work with us into pricing to be able to go forward.That was great, because of him working with us we where able to get it done.I loved my new shower looks amazing

Ryan O was very detailed in his presentation. We learned a lot about the features and qualities of the product. He wasn't pushy and answered all our questions.

The worker's were very communicable. Their work ethic was of high quality. They were very professional. They laid down drop cloths, cleaned up neatly and took away all of the debris. Mr.Edison and the other gentleman worked and asked pertinent questions as they worked to solve any potential issues with plumbing.

We had an amazing experience with our flooring project from the time Mike & Mick walked into our home, they were very knowledgeable about the product, explained the process to us, was not pushy like most sales people, that alone made us feel comfortable in making our decision without having to go any further in looking at other flooring companies! It was a pleasure working with Edgar, our installer, he is very friendly & polite, he went above & beyond to do everything to make our flooring project go as smoothly as possible, I would highly recommend him & Premier Home Pros to anyone needing work done, he is truly a professional & very good at what he does!
