I am so happy with our new shower and floor. Our installer was very professional and kind. He did an awesome job, from demo (1950's tile and cast iron tub!) to completion, and he lined up the veins on ALL of the pieces perfectly. We had a big soffit he also had to remove, and even with that (plus I changed my mind about the flooring on the last day), it still was completed in days, as promised. The Indy office really took care of us to make sure we were happy with the flooring and shower, and we are so grateful.

From the time Alan came to take measurements and explain your product to when Sammy and Kevin installed the bath to shower. They were very professional they took the time to explain everything from start to finish. I would recommend them for any of my remodeling needs. They went above and beyond!

A Couple of Things
The only things that disappointed me were that they didn't touch up spots with paint, and that they didn't have matching caulk. The white caulk is really noticeable.
Other than that, the job was well-executed, and in a timely manner.

Premier Home Pros set three dates for installers to start work. I canceled all my appointments and make sure I was home and available. They never showed. On the third day I never even received a communication. I had to call the corporate offices to find out what was going on. I really felt I had been had and the company did not even exist after I put down a 5k deposit.

It's Memorial Day weekend and we…
It's Memorial Day weekend and we haven't been able to shower.
Still waiting for the glass.
They have not done any drywall or anything else, when I refused to let them install vynil flooring.
They had all the nice stones when they were showing us what the company does.
Then they offered to reimburse us $ 1, 129 for the flooring they have not installed. That meant that the removal of our tub cost over $3,000. (?!)

Incomplete
The toliet was not brought to be installed, they didnt have matching hardware. And they also forgot to do the exhaust. I tried texting the installers and received no answer . I texted the person and he said he would have to check on Tuesday because it was a long weekend. I also believe he should us a different showerhead then what was installed and the contract is unclear .
