The installation grew was great

It is perfect. Just what my wife wanted. Technician was very polite great hard worker. Wish more people were like him.

Jose was wonderful! He was very professional, yet also friendly! He did a great job laying the flooring very quickly! Even though he had large appliances to move around in a small space, his only concerns were that he not damage the new flooring. He took care with, and pride in, the work he did!! Overall, I am very happy with the product, the company, as well as their employees!!! I recommend them all very highly!! You won’t be disappointed, but better than that, you will be as thrilled as I!!

The crew was friendly and worked good together. Everything was done smoothly and professional. I would use the same crew again and will recommend them to friends.

Very disappointed with workmanship, quality, and completing the job. Bath had to be ripped out by another selected contractor. Never completed. Moulding never installed. Never caulked. While job a mess . Never use these guys!

The walk in shower came out great! What I'm disappointed in is the vanity. It should have been replaced, but I was told I couldn't just replace the vanity - I would need to replace the whole cabinet to the tune of over $4,000. The cost to just do the shower and the floor was crazy expensive as it was.

Kevin was great to work with. He was punctual. The shower looks great!

She had a new shower within 2 weeks. Both Christian and Mike were comfortable to deal with. And our installers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job.

This company never even showed up for initial appointment . Said they left a voicemail, they did but only said to give them a call after we took time off from work.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend

I spent a significant amount of money on my bathroom remodel, and the final result was not what was promised to me.

The wall tiles were supposed to have a glossy finish, but matte tiles were installed instead. The shower head was supposed to be much larger, but a smaller one was installed. The shower niche for my shampoo and toiletries was supposed to be placed on the right side, yet it was installed directly in front of the shower.

These may seem like small details to some people, but they are exactly the details that I specifically requested and paid for. This is my home. I am the one who has to live with these decisions every day, and unfortunately the finished project does not reflect what I wanted or what was promised during the sales process.

When I brought these issues to the company’s attention, they told me the salesperson responsible had been fired. While that may be an internal company matter, it does not solve my problem as a customer. I did not hire a salesperson—I hired Premier Home Pros. The company should stand behind its promises regardless of who is employed there.

What disappointed me the most was not the mistakes themselves, but the lack of accountability and the refusal to properly correct them. After spending so much money, I expected a company that would take responsibility and make things right.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on the quality of communication, the broken promises, and the unwillingness to fix the issues, I cannot recommend Premier Home Pros to anyone

Workmen were great, efficient and accommodating. I'm glad I made the decision to get new flooring and Premier Home Pros were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely love the final product but it took WAY too long to get to that point. We read into some problems with the reconfiguring of our master bath shower. The original crew left exposed drywall inside the shower. Yikes! That took several weeks to get fixed. The company responded slowly to the issue. Communication between the company and the customer was inconsistent at best. It was finally fixed and the final issue was getting a drain cover. That finally happened in late February. We signed our contract on 8/1/25 and it was finally completed in late February. Six months was a long time. The funny thing is we had our Jack & Jill bathroom done by them in one (albeit long)day. They seemed very understaffed and their customer service reflected that. In the end, they produced a beautiful shower in our master bath as well as the other bathroom.

My install team arrived on time, kept me informed, worked hard all day, and got it done! It looks great and so far I’m happy with my new floor.

For one guy doing all that work he needs a raise and working with him was all good he is one heck of an installer

We had Bathroom remodeling done by Premier Home Pros. Our Service Representative, Max Reid, was honest about cost, work and schedule and was always available for support during pre and post installation. The installers (Vadym and associate) were efficient, knowledgeable and quick. The finished product was better than expected and exactly as promised. My wife and I are truly satisfied.

Both installers (Harris and Matt) worked hard to get the job done, it was a team effort to accomplish the mission. They kept a clean work area, all while tearing the old tile and tub out,and installing the new material. Harris and Matt were nice men to work with and answered any questions.
