Installer did a great job . Five stars. Premier forgot to give him everything he needed to complete the job

We were misled by the sales representative

The end result is gorgeous! The installer was outstanding and explained everything very well.

They were very polite. Never seen two men work as hard as they. He explained how everything worked. They cleaned up inside and outside. Job well done

Jay and his assistant were very thorough and careful while they worked. These two are excellent representatives of your company. They reacted very easily and calmly when something out of the ordinary arose. This happened Friday when they realized they had to poor concrete to raise the floor level up on Friday and had to leave it cure till Monday no problem no sweat very competent people.

Nicholas was wonderful. He was very professional. Did a very good job. He was friendly. He was willing to explain what he was doing. The issue is your samples. Your sales people have suck. We were shown a dark tile that had twice as much light oak, as it did dark colors, which is what we were looking for. The bathroom tiles don’t look like marble at all and again the piece that we were shown did. Overall, I’m not very impressed with your organization. I would recommend Nicola to anybody, but I’m not quite sure about you guys. Because when I called to explain the situation, we got a lot of him and Hawn and no one made a decision until I finally helped them make a decision.

Jason was very thorough, personable and easy to work with. He had to come back a second time as I wanted to change the colors and he worked it through with me, making sure it was right for me. He hit the right balance of friendliness and professionalism in both visits. I would definitely recommend Jason!

Contractor, Chris Fay was awesome! He was very attentive to our bath remodel, professional, knowledgeable & I’d recommend him to friends, family & anyone else. Give Chris a “raise”, he deserves it 😊

David was a pleasure to work with. He was a work horse. He got the tub out, shower installed and floor installed all in one day. He did an outstanding job and communicated to us if there was any issues he found. Highly recommend this company! Has been a great experience from beginning to end!

Guys did a great job. Very professional. Couple of things that could be better
Shower head with removable head is difficult for wife to use. Way to high for her. Back grab bar could be longer
Corner shelves need hooks for hang puffs. Otherwise great gob.

So far looks great installer had helped with other suggestions in house as well, had to make a change that even if more installers here would probably have still needed

I paid for a slide bar that was not put in the right place. It's off to the left. I thought it was suppose to be where the shower head is so depending on the height of the person, they can slide it up and down. Does no good where it's at. For almost $18,000, I am very disappointed in what I got. Don't like the type of faucet handle either. Who wants to mess with two different handles for hot/cold and pressure. The rest is okay. But for the cost it was not worth it. Should have went with something more simpler and cost effective. I'm not a wealthy person so this really hurts me financially. I will not recommend this company to any family or friends.

I think they were very thorough and knowledgeable about installing the system and answering all my questions and concerns. I was comfortable with them in my house.

I want to start off by saying the quoting and evaluating process was extensive and detailed but worth it. Iryna was very thorough and helpful in guiding us through the process. HOWEVER, there were a few hiccups along the way. We were scheduled to get our kitchen floors done on a Saturday but the crew that was scheduled to do it did not show up. Premier did apologize and sent someone out the next day. Also, I had to come out of pocket because they ran out of self leveling concrete during the process and I did not want to wait another day for my floors to be done. I WILL SAY that our guy who did our floors was a ONE MAN ARMY. Edison was very VERY honest, nice, and a LIGHTNING BOLT once all the hiccups were worked out. His work is so good and we’re extremely grateful for everything he’s done to help us with our project. Premier, you guys are awesome and we love our new kitchen.

The rep showed up first of all lol Mark was polite and knowledgable. Loved how he brought samples to see and feel. Great experience!

Chris is very passionate about his work! His work ethic is something rare these days! William and Chris worked very well together…both are very nice considerate and listened to concerns and explained what should be done and why! Communication between us and them was very open! I am not saying there were no hiccups but we both learned things for the next project! Overall a good experience!

Stayed until job was done. Friendly, knowledgeable,worked very clean. Highly recommend.
