job took weeks with floor torn up and furniture in pod in driveway. Got shuffled to different"managers" a lot of no shows no communication total runaround would strongly recommend staying away from this company. great product but chain of command was horrible and cost additional money.

Their in stallers make the company. Both Tom the shower installer and Nick the Flooring installer did an amazing job . Professional and friendly, I would recommend them any time.
The communication on the sales and scheduler needs to be improved. This caused us a lot of frustration during the project. .Other than that the product is beautiful I love it.

Installers proficient, courteous, and careful.

The gentlemen that did the job were wonderful kept us informed of what was going on were cery polite and kind ,they worked all day, then was back at 8 am and finished with a beautiful bathroom by 1:30 very happy with them and thier work Thank you Donna Waxler

The installers, Fabio, Marcel and Alex ( sorry if I spelled names wrong).we’re here at 8am sharp and wasted no time. They worked continuously and got it all done by 5pm. It was supposed to take 2 days. They didn’t even stop for lunch h so I brought them some sandwiches. They were professional, courteous and my bathroom was perfectly clean at the end. I absolutely love our new shower💕💕💕

Deon did a great job installing our walk in shower. His attention to detail was outstanding! We will recommend Premier Home Pros to our family and friends.

Customer service, particularly aftersales, is paramount to me. I had a slight problem with my installation and, finally, was able to find someone to help resolve my issue. Kyle Gray, Assistant Project Manager of the Philadelphia office, came through for me with flying colors. In a world where people are quick to criticize and slow to praise, Kyle gets major kudos from this customer!

My new walk in shower is just as ordered and looks beautiful. The installers were professional, and nicely cleaned up after they were done. I love my new walk in shower!!!

Let me just say... my bathrooms came out better than expected. we had two bathrooms done by premier home pros. a few bumps along the road but everything all said and done I am beyond happy with the outcome of the project. Vadum and his crew did an amazing job! Plus he was super polite and addressed my concerns during the project and made sure to do an outstanding job for us! thanks so much Vadum! The office manager Max was prompt in responding and helping with any concerns I had, i felt reassured throughout the whole process. I didn't get the correct shower curtain rods because the company they ordered from mixed up a delivery (not on them and very understandable), but they they put curtain rods in just for the time being and said that they would have someone stop by later in the week or next week to put in the correct ones. And I actually believe them because this company has done nothing but right by us. With any home remodel project you should expect hiccups and delays. And TRUST we had a few, but they were all smoothed over by a well created crew. I will be recommending this company and also showing off my new bathrooms now because it's not a eye sore anymore. Just beautiful and easy to clean product and work! thank you so much premier home pros!

All interactions were professional. Troy did a great job with the installation. We love the finished product.

My daughter paid to have a shower install with a distinct patern and style. During the installation they realized that the main panel would not fit through the bathroom door even though they measured during the estimate. The installer decided to cut the panel and put a strip down the middle of the panel to cover the seam. The strip does not match the pattern or style of the panel. We were not told that this was even a possibility by the salesman nor did the installer tell us that he was going to have to cut the panel. The end result is a shower wall that looks ugly and cheaply put together. We received an apology and "my bad". As a home owner this is not something that you do often, but never again with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My installer is a very hard worker. He’s been working on this job all day very pleasant and wonderful. You couldn’t ask for a better installer. I’m very happy with this company in the future. If I need anything, I will definitely have this company to my work amazing thank you so much.

My only disappointment is with the lack of communication between the person who came to my home to do the estimate and the workers that did the installation. When the gentleman that came to do all the measurements he apparently did not take into consideration the height of the unit as a whole would not fit through the door. So the workers had to cut it on the spot to fit it in. It was brought to my attention after it already had been done and the "solution" was to place an extra peice on top of the seam to connect the two pieces. I was not happy with the end result of this solution. 1. It doesn't match up at all with the subway tile pattern I picked or the flow of the marble pattern. 2. The worker did not come to anyone that was present in the home first before moving forward with this solution, if it was known it would not have agreed upon. Truly it looks like a scrap piece from the back of the truck was slapped on the middle of the shower.
I just feel with the price I paid, this could have easily been avoided and a better solution could have been worked out during the production of my unit. A custom piece to match the tile pattern could have been made.
Staff was professional and aside from this everything else looked great.
