Very professional, punctual and I feel I got the best value for my money.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me to decide exactly what what wanted.

I had two showers renovated in my Pittsburgh condo. I was most impressed by Jimmy Jenkins, premier Home Pros' sales representative who arrived promptly and gave a thorough presentation. During the installation approximately 2 weeks later, Jimmy texted me constantly to insure that I was satisfied with the progress. Donnie and his two other installers were knowledgeable and professional. They kept me abreast of their progress. Both shower units were completed in one day as the crew stayed until 7 pm to complete it. I had to leave by 6 pm and when I returned, they had everything cleaned up. Jimmy had me inspect everything when I found an inch space of caulk missing outside one shower. Jimmy had Donnie stop by to complete it that same week. I have gotten many compliments from friends.

I am not satisfied with the flooring I paid 13K installed in my kitchen, living room and entrance way. I specifically said I wanted a plank looking floor. I requested a cherry look but they did not offer it. what I picked out did not look like pieces of flooring of all different lenghts, colors, sizes, etc. but thats what I got. Its awful. I have contacted the sales person, his boss and the company executives Venditti, Jackson, Wadian and Venditti but have not had a response from any of them. Very poor customer experience.

Scott was polite, informative, clearly very skilled and competent, careful to minimize the mess, and a hardworker.
Clayton in the office was friendly and had information always at his fingertips.

He was so kind and patience and understanding. I loved his spirit, went beyond and above. Explained every thing with excellence. Just very professional.Thank You

Still upset that they haven't returned to finish the installation. They forgot to bring and install the one side bar, the cradle for the shower head and the wrong shower rod. I was told this would be completed last week. Still haven't heard back. No positive feedback will be given until this is completed.

DONT BE FOOLED BY PREMIER HOME PROS’ PUBLIC RESPONSES.

It’s amazing how fast Premier Home Pros can respond to a bad review, yet somehow they can’t find the time to actually follow through.

After I left my honest review, they publicly replied saying they would be reaching out to me “as soon as possible” to resolve my concerns. Sounds great, right? Well…that was apparently just for show.

I’m still waiting.

No phone call. No email. No accountability.

It’s hard not to feel like their response was simply damage control so other potential customers would think they care. If you’re going to tell the public you’re going to contact a customer, at least have enough integrity to actually do it.

My project is still unfinished, I’m still dealing with the damage caused during my installation, and instead of making things right, I’ve been left chasing answers while they make empty promises.

Customer service doesn’t end once you’ve collected someone’s money. It ends when you stand behind your work and keep your word.

At this point, their public responses mean absolutely nothing to me because their actions have proven otherwise.

Do better, Premier Home Pros. Homeowners deserve more than scripted replies and broken promises.

They were very polite and did their best to not track up the house. They cleaned up afterwards and left the bathroom clean as they could.

The first words that I think of are "First class company".From the first meeting to the final product being installed, this has been a very positive experience. Everyone involved has been kind, caring and attentive to my decisions. The product is more beautiful than I could have imagined; the quality of the product is outstanding--well worth the money. The install was done quickly and efficiently. I knew nothing about bathroom remodeling, and they made this project very easy. Without hesitation, I would use this company again. A huge "Thank You" to all involved.

From the timing of the estimate, explanation of the process, my choices of product, thru the scheduling, installation, cleanup and final inspection, everyone was professional, friendly and and wonderful representitives of your company. I am more than pleased with how my floors turned out any will recommend your company when the opportunity presents itself!

Mr. Moore was a true professional. Throughout my many years as a home owner, I have had contractors who often wanted to engage in conversation while I wanted the job to get done! When Mr. Moore arrived, he introduced himself, asked if I had any questions before he started, and then got to work. He not only protected my flooring with protective cloths, he protected items in my house by moving them to a safe place. He asked for my input on the placement for shelves. I have had other contractors do work for me. Many of whom would talk about their car, the school they attended….. I would tell them to please focus on their job! My bathroom is beautiful now. More importantly, the bathroom meets my physical needs! I am a retired educator. On a grading scale of A-F, I give Mr. Moore an A+

Our experience with the installer Jay was top notch, he was very knowledgeable about the job. He was very professional expecting 3 walls but instead there was 4 walls. He was great, very nice, did everything I asked, lowered the shower head &placed handrails where I wanted them. Overall experience was great, would recommend him for any job. Thanks for sending him.

We had a handicap walj in shower put in. They charged for services that said were needed. Ended up being they didnt even perform those services and did not refund these charges.
Had not received the handicap slide shower head. They did come back and replace that.
Order a 17 inch toilet and they put in a 15. Said it was standard. When we clearly stated a 17 inch toilet for handicap bathroom.
Very disappointed in this company and how they treat people.
