Great product Good Value.Bit disorganised
Very helpful during the buying process. Good value compared to competitors. Good quality product and contract fitter was excellent but only found out about the job the day before he came. They forgot to tell him he'd got to strip out.. installation was moved twice - first backward then forward so we had to rearrange our diary at short notice. Goods promised before 10am. Fitter was waiting. Phone chase and delivery promised by 2pm. Finally arrived 3pm. Fitter was great. Excellent job but had to come back to fit shortages. Fitter arrived shortages on carrier didn't. Fitter left after lunch. Goods arrived and fitter returned to complete job. It's a good product but looks to me like they are fairly disorganised. Trying to cram too much in and customer service suffers Very happy with the end result.

Bedroom fitting
The fitting of the bedroom was very good. The staff were brilliant and efficient and went above and beyond to ensure the bedroom was as expected.
I cannot say the whole process was this good. The first fitter who did the initial measure and design was great and I was pleased with the design. However, when the surveyor came out a week before fitting to complete the final measure it became apparent that the first chap had not taken the radiator into account and as a result the furniture designed and order would not fit in my bedroom. I then had to completely redesign the furniture. The surveyor was not helpful and found the situation rather funny.
I am happy with the final result, despite it look nothing like my original design.

I am not much of a complainer as life…
I am not much of a complainer as life is too short , however when you have been tried and tested to your wits end, you have no option but to let the public know of a really GREAT company to stay away from.
While discussing our kitchen plans from Premier , we were told what we would get whatever we wanted, ha ha, if only . once you have signed on the dotted line , you are committed to their service or lack of it.
The kitchen cost us about sixteen thousand pounds and the plans were drawn up, we liked the design and this was then passed on to the surveyor who came to the house . he amended the design and the sales person came over and the contract was signed.
When the kitchen was delivered some parts were missing ( we only found out later when our installer found the drawers would not pull out as the hinges were wrongly supplied)
One of the cabinets which was supposed to be deep as drawn and as was discussed and agreed with the sales person however somewhere down the line the surveyor had changed this without our say so and without the sales person being advised. The company would do nothing about it as we had signed the contract and apparently we were to blame as we had not spotted their mistake !!!!!
When I complained about the hinges being wrong, they promised to send them, this I thought was encouraging news but with the hinges I had also ordered a panel for one of the drawers . one would have thought that as they had not supplied the hinges they would send the combined panel and hinges at their cost as a gesture of goodwill , how wrong could I have been. While I was on Holiday I asked my daughter to pay and the bill came to about £ 100. I then noticed that they had charged me approximately £ 50.00 for carriage. Unbelievable, I can send a parcel anywhere in England for under £ 10.00
When I complained about this I was told . Unfortunately we would not look to offer a refund as it was stated on the quotation provided which was signed for and agreed to (please see attached the signed quotation). I referred the issue to the credit card company who understood my grievance and this was soon refunded . Premiers attitude is nothing short of SHOCKING.
Another incident that I remember which I will never forget, when the wooden work tops were delivered, These weighed a ton . I was advised by the company that I would need to be there to take in the delivery , I was only too willing to help if the driver needed assistance. From Premier Kitchens it was expected, however at no point did they mention the weight, it was HEAVY and the driver (Over 6ftt strapping lad) and I ( heading towards 66 years of age) , had to carry it from the front of the house to the back, we both struggled and had to stop several times to get it indoors. My back was sore for the best part of a week . Premier should have sent their own labour to do this and not expect a customer to get involved. This is NOT what we had bargained for.
All you ever get from the customer service is , you have signed the contract and apologies for any inconvenience, but never will they offer to resolve an issue if it means that they will be out of pocket or consider goodwill for the retention of a disgruntled customer.
I could go on , however I am sure you get the gist of the QUALITY & CUSTOMER CARE you are assured at PREMIER.
I would never in a million years recommend them as it will only result is heartache and sleepless nights .
Avoid at all costs.

The saga continues with the incompetent company Premier Kitchens and Bedrooms
Its me again and we are in month 12 of having to deal with this company. They sent out a person to fix the lights. They didn't have a clue and weren't a qualified electrician. Luckily my brother was here to help him.
I am now left with LED lights that have been stuck on and that don't stay up. They fall down on a regular basis.Why would you use stuck on LED lights in a warm environment like a kitchen. These lights some of them now do not work.
We were left with two remotes as that is the only way he could make it work.
As previously stated go anywhere but here. They are a bunch of cowboys.
They will offer you great service in the showroom but it is not delivered.
Avoid, avoid, avoid if you want to avoid the hassle I have had to deal with.
The name should be changed to Inferior Kitchens and Bedrooms it would associate more with what they deliver.

Premier Kitchens; I would recommend.
I had my kitchen supplied and fitted by Premier Kitchens two and a half years ago. and thought they were excellent. The fitters were fantastic, clearing up each evening and ensuring I had as many kitchen services available to me as possible. One fitter stayed late one Friday pm to enable me to have running water in the kitchen over the weekend - I didn't have to wash up in the bathroom!. Two weeks after the completion someone came round to ensure everything was running to my liking. A year later I was having trouble with my television reception, Premier obligingly sent someone to take a cupboard out so the television engineer could check the wire and then returned to replace the cupboard after the work was done (the fault was nothing to do with Premier). Recently a internal drawer catch broke and a replacement was sent as soon as it was established the type required with the offer of assistance fitting it should I need it. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I think Premier deserve commendation for the professional and efficient service they provided and seemingly continue to provide a very good service. Thank you Premier..

Very mixed experience
Customer care is great, but the design, delivery, and installation process was not. There were endless errors with measurements, wrong components delivered, components missing, unfinished work, mistakes in installation, and repeated cancellation of work dates. It took a month and a half to complete the installation of just half a kitchen. There was also a fair amount of damage to my house, including large dents in floor and walls and ceiling, and they were only made good patchily, with bits of filler. The units are of excellent quality, and customer care were always helpful when trying to fix errors and book new work dates, but the company needs to work on its other procedures.

We would not recommend this firm
We would not recommend this firm. Sales team are very slick and the showroom is very flashy but our kitchen has not matched our expectations. Poor fitting and after sales service! We are still waiting for issues to be resolved. The whole experience has been awful. Considering the high cost Premier kitchens should be an awful lot better.

Mixed experience
Good quality units and good fitters. However, problems experienced with the plastering and communications/attention to detail by Premier Kitchens meant there were delays and problems along the way.

Overall experience - VERY POOR
Not a totally acceptable experience on the whole. Inside colour of the doors are grey, outside are blue / aqua - it was never explained this would happen, so naturally we expected the same colour on the outside as the inside - especially when we had gone the bother of having the carcases colour matched to the doors. Not explained by the design consultant. Electric points as promised by design consultant to be fully replaced (why wouldn't they be - everything else is going to be brand new) - however the paperwork only allowed for certain points / sockets to be changed? So I still have a few original points - not brand new ones....
The sink that was ordered (by Premier) arrived incorrectly - so another had to be ordered (why are these not held as stock items for a company of this size?) - this added about 3 days waiting for replacement. The dishwasher turned out to be damaged - found once unpacked. Again, this caused a delay waiting for a replacement. The hob was due to be connected by the gas fitter on a certain afternoon - didn't turn up, so this caused a delay. Finally when the fitting was done - nearly 2 weeks after starting, when the tillers came to start, they had to prepare the walls / skim prior to tiling - so further delays waiting for workers to come back. This went on for another couple of weeks - tiling finally completed but finish was / is far from perfect - rushed grouting, sealing, tidying, cleaning tiles etc. Had worker back to resolve - however, still not the finished article I had been sold on...... Overall experience, 5-6 weeks on - very poor.

Hind sights a wonderful thing!
I'm a man of my word and promised Mr Forsyth a review once I'd calmed down, whether its the review he's expecting will be interesting to get feed back on. However its noted in the press he is a local entrepreneur, and so should take criticism on the chin and improve where his company has fallen short....
My Wife and I had a our kitchen designed by premier Last year promising everything which the leading brands could not. The sales guy tirelessly worked with us and the custard creams and coffee were plentifully in the show room, spending an additional 3 hours getting out Utility room layout correct. Very well monored chap.
Reading the reviews online at the time my wife and I chose not to go down the route of having their installers on site. The quality of the Pedestal units is superior and good value for money, they seem not to be able to make a tall larder cupboard to the spec ordered twice in the end my installer modified to suit, however we have recycling storage which was an added bonus.
The furniture was delivered on time with the exception of a couple of worktops and at a time which suited and the delivery man was very polite and knowledgeable.
We opted for PVC lipped worktops.... Bad move in hind sight and one which took several months to resolve and only then because I happened to know what I am talking about and won't be fobbed off. Ending in the entire 1st lot of worktops being chucked for scrap opting instead for Post form Axiom ones supplied to us for our installer to refit. On this occasion I'm still out of pocket for the re-fit, but was so annoyed with the un professionalism at the time, I wanted Premier out of my life for good.
Premier stood their ground not admitting liability, however not guaranteeing that the PVC edging would not screw up again call it stubbornness or call them a company that takes pride in their manufacturing to the point of being commercially suicidal only to be haggled into making the correct decision.
The thing that made me laugh was all the worktops were made in one batch yet delivered on 2 separate occasions, not to mention water having the ability to leap over a double oven causing the PVC edging to fail...
Like I said a man of my words, we all learn by our mistakes and I hope Premier did on this occasion.
I am sure I am loathed by the customer service team at Premier. However I hope they enjoyed some form of retraining in the year since....
And with the offcuts from the redelivered worktops I now have some fantastic desks in my office and was able to have a breakfast bar which was well over 30cms longer, which is a creature comfort I was not expecting so I have to say thankyou on this occasion which has pushed Premier from a 2 star to 3 star rating and seeing as the suns out and I've just bought a Campervan and my Grand daughter arrived 3 weeks ago I'll give you a 4th star!
Would I use Premier again.... The kitchen looks great, its now the hub of the home almost like a 2nd living room and we've had some cracking parties, which ultimately was what we wanted.
But would I use Premier again?
Sorry I can't answer that question with an honest yes, else if my wife reads this I'll be living in my campervan. She won't go within 50 yards of your Showroom...
