After 23 years we decided to upgrade our kitchen and went to Premier Kitchens for a quote. I have to say from start to finish the service exceeded both our expectations in terms of professionalism, quality and price. We will definitely be back!!!!

Third time we have used Premier but will be the last very bad service.
Third time we have used Premier for fitted wardrobes. We agreed style, price, and contract start date. Premier then put back the start by a week and then called us again to reschedule the date. Fitter was very good but the product was not. One wardrobe door was damaged and two others were not made square so we're ill fitting. These were replaced but one of the new doors arrived with a chunk out of it. Further visit required!! Premier then sent us an email about quality assurance to which I replied that TQM was very lacking and that all these delays had caused us inconvenience, lost slot with decorator etc. Premier just sent a placating response, not having looked into our case at all. Obviously NOT HAPPY.

WISH I'D READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS…
WISH I'D READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY - This company has very very poor customer service, provide dangerous work have to return time after time to remedy work done and hide behind office staff to answer query with decision making managers in meetings or working on projects. On creating my kitchen electrics had to re connected, re-located and what couldn't be changed is too large for the . job and ugly. When the boiler was inspected as part of our gas appliance annual inspection it was found to be incorrectly fitted and dangerous, resulting in a called from the GasSafe regulators. The GasSafe inspector provide a report of various defects and requested completion of the work within 5 weeks - unfortunately on his re-inspection this work the inspector insisted that again Premier Kitchens re-visited the work as again it was found to not compile with building regulations, that pipework had not been correctly installed leaving it open to corroding, the correct bore sizes had been used leading to a drop in pressure of the gas putting the actual boiler at risk. And even 9 working days after the latest work the necessary building regulations, essential if we come to sell the property has not been completed. These faults have been relayed to the GasSafe organisation and Premier Kitchen's licence is at risk. During one of the visits from the "snagger" (even the snagger has to return to correct his own work) our bedroom carpet was damaged - the response from Premier Kitchens, was excuses after excuses until eventually they suggest we claim against our own house insurance. More emails and phone calls to their Quality Service Manager however these are treated with contempt, usually only with an answer when against the wall. No more - the small claims court is my next port of call because the damage to the carpet was in May 18 and now in mid-September 18 I have been reasonable. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Love our kitchen!
We selected Premier Kitchens and Bedrooms to design and install the kitchen in a large kitchen/dining/family room extension. We had some firm ideas of what we wanted, but their designer was great at giving us ideas we wouldn't have thought of. They were really patient with us while we kept changing our minds about the cabinets to go for. They have such a wide range and it 's such a big decision. I'm glad to say we were thrilled with our final choice and the kitchen blends really well into a warm family space. Our kitchen fitters were really good - turned up when expected, cleaned up any mess each day and explained what they were doing at each step. We couldn't fault their work The quality of the cabinets is superb and we were really pleased to know they were manufactured in Premier's own local factory.

people are always impressed with our kitchen!
We have had a wonderful experience with Premier Kitchens and Bedrooms! We have had two kitchens fitted, two bedrooms and an ensuite over a period of seven years. Each time the company have designed us exactly what we wanted and delivered what we were sold. The fitters especially Daz are tidy and pleasant to have in the house.
We were kept up to date with our fit and we have always been delighted by the end result.

Rubbish find another company…
This is the e-mail I had to send them today.
You be the Judge.
In February 2018 we contracted your company to install a kitchen and bathroom.
Contract Nos PKB139179/SW21090 (kitchen) SUL1864/PKB139180.
We paid 25k +.
Despite your design teams visit and surveyors report, and your companys "what you are quoted is what you pay" you tried to charge me a additional 2k due to your failings (I refused to pay this on legal advice).
The 6 weeks timeframe given for instalation turned into into some 16 weeks.
After installation we had to call you out to remedy issues with tiling in the kitchen and cosmetic work in the bathroom.
Today at around 3pm I contacted Angie to inform you that we had a leak from the bathroom into the Dining room.
I was told I would get a call back. None yet.
I explained that I had contracted a builder to turn my dining room /living room from open plan to two seperate rooms and this work cannot now go ahead due to timbers needing to dry out and no electrical work being possible until the leak was fixed.
On further inspection I was advised that this leak had been there for some time.
After checking further I found there was water damage to a vintage sideboard and table, also that my daughters' laptop had been on the table under the leak and now will not turn on.
I contacted my insurers and they tell me they would not consider a claim as this is due to faulty workmanship on your part.
They have, however advised me that I have 100k of Legal protection and that I should contact you in writing/ e-mail in order to preserve a paper trail (as such please include this e mail in your reply) and get you to confirm any Telephone conversations in writing /email.
I am now really upset with the service I have had from you and an seriously considering taking up my insurance company solicitors suggestions.
I am also considering a suggestion from a friend that I hit social media re: reviews for your company and warning others against making the same mistake I made when engaging your company to carry out my work on my home

We have had two bedrooms and a kitchen…
We have had two bedrooms and a kitchen supplied and fitted by Premier.
The whole process for all the work went smoothly, people turned up on time and did the work as expected. Our kitchen also involved removal and replacement of flooring.
All three purchases were fitted to a high standard and the quality of the products is excellent.
We also bought a range of electrical appliances from Premier, all of which were fitted by their electricians and perform as expected.
We will definitely use Premier again.

would not recommend this company if you…
would not recommend this company if you are buying a kitchen to fit yourself, they say that it is easy to fit but unless you have a carpenter to mitre the corners for you forget it, also not helpful when it was pointed out by their own surveyor that oven unit was too high for me, they said the surveyor that did it originally has now left the company and they could sell me another unit but at my expense

it's all about the staff
Well it was a poor start with trades just turning up with little warning,3 trades at once. Items taken down that were meant to stay. Unable to get through on the phone then not ringing back.
Then we discovered Daniel who took it upon himself to solve the problems and get back to us with a solution.
Thanks to Daniel things started to get better and we knew who was coming and when.
The second week we had Steve the fitter ,this guy turned out to be a gem,a problem solver who took immense pride in his work
My advise to any purchaser would be to insist on Steve.
4 stars for what turned out to a very pleasing result.
Cheers to Daniel and Steve.

Premier kitchens have not improved
We had a kitchen fitted! 7 years ago which cost over £10k. It started off a gloss white which is now grey, doors have warped and the vinyl coating has bubbled in several places. We are now faced with replacing the kitchen (which in our 80s is difficult financially and practically) and is unfit for purpose. It does not appear that Premier Kitchens have improved over the years and needless to say they will not be allowed anywhere near a new kitchen.

Oh boy
Oh boy ! I should have read the reviews on here before signing up with them to do our bedroom and bathroom. When we finally got a fitter out to do the bedroom, the guy made a nice job. As to the bathroom, that is a totally different ball-game. It should have been started well over a week ago. Then they put the date back to yesterday [20th August]. A different builder turned up compared to the one we were promised but as long as it was done, we could live with that. Alas, yesterday's builder was a no-show today. Suffice to say, everyone's comments about poor communication and customer service has been borne out to be true. I could get an answer from the Pope easier than Premier. The lady on their "customer service desk" as obviously been on the same course my wife had to attend some years ago. Sorry Premier, the bull-s*** doesn't wash !
You either get the job done now or give us back our money and we will find someone competent who can do it. It's a crying shame because the actual product isn't too bad.
yours, a very seriously brassed off Mr and Mrs Farr
[and don't publish one of those woolly grey answers like you have to the other complaints. Buck your ideas up and get this sorted asap]

Would I buy another kitchen from…
Would I buy another kitchen from Premier?
Probably.
Would I have premier fit it?
No way.
Great product, rubbish service.
I have never been lied to and let down so much, the issue here is simple they promise the world and then you have to pay upfront, once you’ve paid everything changes.
Service is rubbish and even the simple things such as who’s coming to work/fit on which day at what time is simply too much for them to communicate to the customer.
When unable to supply an item you’ve paid for they will simply credit it back to you, not to the credit card you paid on (so you have to go to the bank and pay the cheque in) and not at the price they quoted but at the price the item can be found elsewhere on the internet.
It would be great if I could post a picture of the electrics they installed for the lighting on here, but you really wouldn’t believe it. Got an electrician in after they finished and he gave me a list of what was wrong as long as my arm.
This is old style double glassing sales at it worst, avoid like the plaque

Had a bathroom fitted by premier…
Had a bathroom fitted by premier November 2017 and had nothing but problems from day 1. Underquoted for the work by over £800 after contract was signed due to a miscalculation of tiles. Since fitting we have had leaks, cracked grouting, broken toilet flush, stuck sink plug, poor bath drainage and a split bath panel. Customer service is the most appalling I've had, never answer the phone and don't call back when voicemails are left. If emails are sent they play dumb and claim to have no knowledge of issues being reported.
If I could go back to a year ago I would of taken my business elsewhere. Absolute shambles of a company

Once we parted with our money we saw another side to the company
We've had a number of contractors in since we started the renovation of our property. There has been a mixed bag of customer service over the 3 years but Premiere Kitchens has got the take the award for the worst customer experience ten fold.
The initial experience with sales was very good. Then once we parted with our money we saw another side to the company. Basically all the design considerations that we'd agreed and the whole concept went out the window. No comeback as we'd signed on the dotted line for design changes that had not been brought to our attention as their T&Cs stipulate. READ THEIR SMALL PRINT - they can change the spec!!! We can't afford to go to court unfortunately. Our bedroom looks a mess.

The end result is a dream kitchen.
The end result is a dream kitchen.
The journey long and drawn out, not by Premier, who were very supportive throughout, but by a difficult house purchase.
Through it all they kept in touch, were very understanding and honoured their quote 9 months after the original date.
The fitters were first class. Efficient, friendly and certainly earned their money.
The end product....just what I had dreamt it would be.
Thank you Premier.

Fitters did a very good job
Fitters did a very good job. All the cutting was done outside so no message was made in the house. The bedroom wardrobe looks great.

The whole service from start to finish…
The whole service from start to finish was excellent, my bathroom is lovely and the workmanship can not be faulted. My installer, Steve Donald was brilliant, turned up on time every day and worked tirelessly all day without stopping in very warm conditions. When he had finished for the day, he cleaned up and left every where clean and tidy. He is a real asset to Premier. The electrician, Shaun and his mate were also excellent. The work was completed efficiently and very neatly.
I would certainly recomend Premier and will use agin in the future for my requiremnents.
