Experience with a lot of friction.
A lot of friction. Work was planned better than it was done. 1. instead of two weeks it took you to complete it in two or more months. Why? The skirting of one spot was forgotten and we had to remind you of it a number of times. 2. There was installed a wrong- side dishwasher sink, which causes me a great nervous stress every time I use it. 3.There was exposed a concrete strip of the floor because of the slimmer size of your new furniture. For a long time we could not find a specialist tiler to make up this awful naked strip of floor and we had to pay quite a sum of money out of our small pension. Besides, we were rather embarrassed to say that we have paid over 12 000 pounds to have ended with such an ugly floor. So, whether you like it or not, this is our experience with you. I am not writing this to you to get your money, but in hope you can improve your service if some other people would choose to be your customers.

Never, ever again!
Recently had a new bathroom fitted as I had previously used Premier to fit my kitchen 10 years ago. Oh how things have changed....... Delivery was late and when it did arrive some items were damaged or missing. Re ordering wasn't much better as the wrong items were then delivered. The Whole experience was very stressful and the Customer Service should be called Customer NON-Service. They advised when we ordered it that it would be 8 days fitting but was actually 2 weeks! Contractors didn't turn up as promised and when they did they advised me that they had been sent to other jobs instead?! Even spoke to the director of the company who was abrupt and basically couldn't care less. I had recommended Premier previously but would not recommend them ever again.

Premier, in my experince a great company & staff.
Great company & staff.
Right from the outset we have been very happy with the company & it's staff. So much so we first had the kitchen replaced & then went back to get the bedroom overhauled/make-over a couple of years later. I place a lot on back-up service too &, when the odd problems occured, they got them sorted. Well done all.
Update
In addition to the above I am delighted to state/re-inforce our satisfaction & confidence of the high quality standards of Premier, & their staff, with a third installation with them, in successI've years, this time a new bathroom to be installed in the near future.
Probably the best company I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Very awful workmanship...another bad experience..poor after sales service
Very awful workmanship. Atrocious customer service. Never had an experience like this before. Hope no one goes through this experience..Had bedroom installed at the end of April. By October, the laminate on the side of the doors have started to come off. Send a 3d image of the the bedroom with the the affected doors marked. A month later, they are waiting for us to ring to chase it up. Sent another 3d image, and still haven't heard anything. First and the last time we will be dealing with this company.

Well, the customer service is atrocious as ever.. There is no robust systems in this company to handle customer complaints and after sales services. Customer service team cannot answer the queries. The only answer is Sorry..we will get back to you. No time scales, as to when.Well, this is not good enough. As a company, it's the sole responsibility of the company. After all the information provided, the specifications and measurements which the customer service department should have.. they turned up today with four doors. One wrong size door and the glazed door without the glass . As a company , looks like the whole team really don't know what they are doing. Years of experience and satisfied customers... what a load of rubbish..can't get anything right. We regret to say...its been a nightmare of an experience dealing with this company. We have emailed the customer service department again, now waiting for them to reorder the products again...such a waste of our time and resources. God knows, what happens next.. hopefully, it will be sorted. Not holding our breath. Will not recommend anyone to go to this company. If this is not sorted ,to the required standards and what we paid for, we will make sure that this company is made accountable for everything so far.

I agreed the installation date at the time of the order, and waiting for it to be confirmed. I was not called with the confirmed date and when I called Premier they were not able to fit me in. I was very cross and upset, which is a shame as the product, when it was finally fitted, was really good. They were let down by the installation/communication.
I would not buy anything from them again.

Well what can I have to say of premier…
Well what can I have to say of premier kitchens. The end product is very good,, after some worrying sleepless nights. I wont go into it all as Premier understand and know how I felt at the time of the supply and fitting of our new kitchen.. The fitter, the tiler the plumber, the salesperson, the surveyor, the electrician, the company that supply and fitted the worktops and our local showroom staff were all superb. Premier head office staff have a problem with communication, between themselves and the customer.. Its an ongoing problem that it seems has been affecting their reviews for some time. I would give 5 stars, but as I also had some problems with the head office, I have to give only 4 stars, which I think is fair.. If they could work out the customer relationship/communication structure and remedy it, I`m sure they would be a constant 5 star company. They do sort out customers problems eventually, well they did mine after some complaining from myself.. Hope this helps.

Appalling! Never recommend, mistake
I cannot find words to describe how awful experience I have had with Premier. We bought a kitchen which was agreed to start 12 November and should have been completed by end of November even with some delays. Very prompt at chasing and following up till the contract is signed and payment is made. Stopped communicating once the payment is received. No communication regarding the delays. They just turn up and assume that you are ever going to be available to let them in when they turn up! Lengthy list of errors and no project management and co-ordination. Poor response to number of emails and phone calls. Make talk promises none of which are kept! After over a month of delay now telling me that pending works will be completed after New year which is a 6 week delay to what said when the kitchen was sold. Lack of concern is appalling. Ruined the Christmas for us. Will never recommend Premier for anything! Feel it is hard earned money down the drain for me if the mistakes are not rectified.

Mis-sold, mismanaged, massive MISTAKE!
Hard to describe how poor the experience was with Premier, absolutely nothing Premier about them at all.
Mis-sold, mismanaged, massive MISTAKE!
Read the reviews on trust pilot and other sites and if you want a company with Quality Assurance, that cares about its customers, is reliable do not go anywhere near them. Go to Howdens, Wickes or anyone else I am sure it will be a lot better.
Please do not try to hide the real issues with your standard reply of "We are unable to locate you on our database from your user name. Please contact our Customer Service Department on 0**** ****** or customercare so that this can be looked in to. "
I think it is endemic of the lack of quality and professionalism in your business. I have copied in customercare@ into most of my emails with various people at Premier neither do you answer nor can locate me. Speaks volumes.
Just thought it was worth adding to show Premier Kitchens desperation to get negative reviews removed, they tried to get this one taken down stating I was not a real customer. I was and have proved this to the Trustpilot (thanks for the great service). What company would stoop this low and be so desperate!! Just confirms the type of company Premier Kitchens is.
A final note, in response to Premier's comments, I wish Premier well and although this company is owned as a family business and turns over £10M, change of culture, values and procedures needs to be led from the top and by example. Given the feedback I have received, read and been told I suspect there is little chance of real change and they will continue to offer the same dismal service and mis-sell to their clients. All I can say is read all the reviews and do your research, and be aware that Premier like to get negative posts/feedback removed. They even have a clause in the standard contract that attempts to stop you posting feedback on your experience on social media. Need I say more.

A TOTAL SHAMBLES - DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
My kitchen is still not completed. A whole catalogue of errors. Late starting a 4 day install. Now at day 9 and still not finished. Catalogue of snagging from shoddy grouting, to unlevel plug sockets, incorrect sockets fitted to island, hob sitting 12mm above the work surface due to carcass being in the way, bodge job fitting the Karndean flooring which will need to be lifted and replaced. Snagging list sent to Premier but being ignored. No call back from customer care team or contracts manager.Total lack of communication all round and I don't think anyone at this company is bothered.

This whole experience has been awful. Save yourself the effort and buy a kitchen from elsewhere.
I'm not sure where to start. We bought a kitchen from PK&B almost 4 years ago, on the strength of a brilliant salesperson. This, unfortunately, is where the 'brilliant' ended, and the nightmare started.
We were told fitting would take 2 weeks, when in actual fact it took several more than that before we had a kitchen we could start living with.
In the fitting process, they managed to:
- break the lighting in our conservatory and we were told that we'd be billed for it as it wasn't a fault of their electrician. Once the electrician came out, he discovered he was at fault - no apology.
- Flood our kitchen. After being out for 12 hours, we came back to find our kitchen flooded. This was due to the shoddyness of the plumber used, and a pump in the bedroom above was leaking through the ceiling.
- Box in some piping above and below a cupboard, as promised. They did this however with completely different woods (one was white wood, the other unpainted MDF). How the fitter thought this was acceptable, I'll never know.
- Put a relatively deep scratch in one of the worksurfaces. They didn't replace this, but tried to polish it out which worked to a point. This was by no means a quick fix. We were so bored of the waiting by this point, that we agreed this was acceptable. It wasn't.
- There was some lazy electrical work taken out. We eventually got an independent electrician in, who completely condemned the work carried out by PK&B. The most concerning was some live exposed wires on the outside of the property which the electrician stated were 'illegal'. Agin, I'm not sure how this happened.
After all of this, we finally had a kitchen that we could 'live in'. In August of this year we highlighted an issue where the fascias of numerous cupboards were coming away. They sent an inspector to glue them, but this couldn't be done. Said inspector wrote a full report, and left telling us that they'd need to be replaced. I waited 2-3 weeks and hadn't heard anything (which isn't unusual with PK&B).
I then called them to be told they'd been ordered and would be delivered and fitted in 2 weeks time (September). This didn't happen and despite giving them a call weekly for an update (surely they should have been calling me?!), they couldn't ever give me an answer. Last night at 17.05pm I got a text message saying they were going to deliver the bits today between 12.30-2.30pm, and to contact them if there was an issue. I tried calling, but the lines were shut. So I had to organise to work from home for a couple of hours today to take delivery. I'm now sitting here writing this review at 15.20pm and they've still not arrived. I'm not even surprised anymore.
I must add also, that not once since August when I highlighted this issue, have PK&B ever called me. I've been the one doing all the chasing. Their after sales care is an absolute joke.
To cut a long story short, this whole experience has been awful. Save yourself the effort and buy a kitchen from elsewhere.

Would never recommend or go back to them...
We decided to go with PKB for our fitted wardrobe following a great meeting with the designer – no pressure, good ideas, clear explanations, happy to alter the design many times. On agreement, we booked fitting with a ‘week beginning date (8 weeks in advance)’ and we paid 50% deposit on our credit card, and financed the final 50% on a buy now pay later, resulting in PKB receiving 100% of their money upfront!
The week before our fit was due I received a call confirming the day our fitter would attend – as agreed, and then the evening before the fit was due, another call to confirm I was still ok with the fit to go ahead. So far so good!
On arrival of the fitter he explained the materials will arrive separately and he will prep the room whilst he waits. On arrival of the materials the fitter queried if I was aware that we would be missing substantial parts, to which I confirmed I had no idea – no one had contacted me relating this. We were missing all doors, all draw fronts, most in-fills and all plinths. I then had to call PKB and after a long wait managed to speak to someone, who said that they were hoping they would arrive the next Monday, no apology was offered and no explanation as to how or why this had happened.
It took almost 50 phone calls, 3 emails, and a visit to the showroom to get this matter resolved. Getting through to the customer care team is a nightmare due to their phone system, and despite being told many times they would call me back, they rarely did, it was usually me having to chase them. They do not reply to emails, and they don’t keep to the time frames offered.
A manager called me and explained how their manufacturer had gone into liquidation which was what had caused the supply issues, with many customers, not just myself. He promised someone would call me back to update me a few days later, but as per usual, no one did, and I had to call them. The lady that answers the phone, whilst very polite, often cannot help and all she can do is pass messages on to the relevant staff, and say people will call you back – which generally they don’t. The system that they have in place makes it really difficult to speak to anyone that can actually help.
Getting the managers extension number was useful, but even leaving him multiple messages never got me a call back.
On top of everything the design is not as agreed. With the designer we discussed having coving around the top of our wardrobes, and the final drawings to show we would indeed have coving around the top. However on fit, the doors were too tall for this, and infills were used instead. Whilst the finished product still looks good and we are happy with it, it is not what was agreed or what we wanted.
If others are in this position considerations should be made regarding speaking to the finance company (they confirmed they could launch an investigation into lack of (or unsatisfactory) completion), speak to your credit card company if you paid using a credit card (who can refund you if a service is not delivered appropriately), speak to Consumer Protection Association to make them aware of the poor service offered, and speak to Consumer Direct who log a note with Trading Standards regarding the supplier, and they also offer useful advice to help you deal with the situation. I was also made aware many home insurance companies offer legal advice when you have paid for a service that you have not received. I kept a diary of the calls made, conversations had etc.
Wardrobe was completed after much stress and aggravation, and I am pleased with the finished product, although will never use again due to the shocking customer service. It’s a shame that the good designers and fitters are let down by the customer service that is offered.
Had they been honest with us up front, delayed the whole fit to prevent two days needing to be taken off work rather than one, and just handled the situation with much more customer care I think the situation would have been much improved. However, lack of communication, rudeness, poor customer care and no acknowledgement will only ever create unhappy customers. Would never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Premier Bedroom
My beautiful custom made to measure wardrobes really are exceptional. They fully fit the slope within the bedroom making every use of the space available. The fitters were so polite and cleaned as they went. I'm so happy to know Premier will be back in the New Year to make the bathroom a dream too.

AVOID if you can
AVOID! communication is poor. Organisation is poor. The day of the kitchen ‘fit’ noone turned up, no communication made. We called all day to chase up why noone had come and all calls were just ringing through, called head office, same problem. Went to the branch we ordered and was greeted with a message to say the showroom is closed due to unforseen circumstances. Finally managed to get through to the surveyor who advised theres a week or two delay. After all day calling our builder got through who then was advised they will come the following week. Following week has arrived and whole kitchen has come with wrong size cuboard doors/ wrong colour cuboard doors. Bin wasnt ordered. So many things arrived incorrect which we are now waiting for the arrival of correct pieces. Work started on Thursday, its now Monday and there is no confirmation of when we will recieve all the correct pieces. Will likely take us to just before Christmas.
Really wish we had read the reviews before ordering. What a shame!
AVOID!!
Updating from my original post since December 10th 2018. It is now 16th March. We are STILL waiting for issues to be resolved. Have been calling for almost 3 weeks now and leaving a message on the answerphone for someone to get back to us. NOTHING. No communication what so ever. Hot side of the tap installed broke in the space of 3 months which again weve had fixed by an external plumber. So many small issues arising. Loud sound coming from inside the extractor fan. Skirting boards havent been fitted properly. Cuboard doors arent straight in some places.
Still waiting for someone to get back to us.
