Positive feedback for Premier Car Audio.
I own a Lexus IS 300H 2015 model with a standard factory sound system. I made some enhancements myself by adding sound deadening insulation and upgrading the factory speakers to Mark Levinson and Audison ones. I also had an old 4-channel amp and a high-quality DSP from my previous car that needed professional installation.
After visiting five companies that didn't grasp my requirements and instead tried to sell me new equipment or provided unreasonably high estimates to deter me, I was fortunately referred to Premier Car Audio by another car stereo company, which speaks volumes about their expertise.
The initial consultation and quote process went smoothly. We scheduled the installation day, during which my equipment was expertly installed. They even advised against installing the DSP due to its performance not justifying the installation cost, leading to a revised quote.
Amir and Rowan from Premier Car Audio were my main contacts, and I highly recommend their services.

Absolutely brilliant service. Came in to get my shadow lights for the door, replaced but it was an item they did not sell therefore they helped me find the most reasonable priced one online and ordered it. I came in again to have them fitted and they did it instantly without me having to wait. Customer service is absolutely fantastic and i would come back again even though i drove from heathrow but was worth it.
