Orgez was extremely hard working and very professional in the process of converting our bath area into a shower area.After completing the shower the area was left in a very clean and presentable area,he did a great job.

From initial inquiry to complete refurbishment of our en suite shower only took 3 weeks. Very pleased with the quality and finish of the project. There was some difficulty in communications but otherwise would recommend.

A very professional company who did an excellent job with the design and installation of my bathroom with walk in shower.
I had daily calls from Marcus to insure I was managing the disruption.
Kito my installer was professional, highly skilled, worked very hard, was very tidy, kept me updated on progress and the quality of work was outstanding. I’m very happy with his work and my new bathroom.
I would highly recommend Kito and the company to anyone who is getting a new bathroom.

Our experience with bathing Solutions was really great our installation was done by Keith he was so good the whole process was very easy

The installation went well and Mark Collins did a really nice job, very impressed. Surprised that he managed to carry and manipulate the old 6ft bath and new panels by himself. A tidy job where he managed to leave us with a working toilet pan each night.
There was a bit of confusion regarding the materials that we ordered and what we actually received but Mark managed to sort that for us.
A special mention to Yvonne Mcallister who phoned daily for a progress report and to help with a problem we had, thank you Yvonne.
Overall, very pleased.

Our fitters, Festim and Nick, did an excellent job, both in terms of workmanship and for the consideration and kindness shown to a very elderly couple. Festim made sure that we were happy with the position of the grab rails and he ensured that the seat in the shower was set at the correct height for my husband. The bathroom is aesthetically excellent and we are finding showering so much easier especially as now I need to assist my husband with his showers.
We only deducted a star as we had some issues over the survey and during installation which we discussed with the company and which now appear to be resolved. Once Festim arrived we had confidence in his many years of experience. He did an excellent job.

Quick friendly and tidy worker

Mic has worked really hard, cannot fault him, he has gone above and beyond, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, cannot say enough about how good a job he has done. I am adding to my review the work I have no problem, but the aftercare is appalling, my husband and I are both housebound, we have had a small problem with the basin in the bathroom, after contacting the company more than once and being told someone would come, no one came, them being told the project manager would sort it, still no joy, I have given up on them and will eventually get it sorted myself, just want to reiterate the workers were great the aftercare rubbish

Excellent company to deal with. They exceeded all their promises and the installation was provided in an excellent and professional manner. the installer, MIke, is one of the nicest and hard working individuals we have met.
We would highly recommend this company and its employees.

Ensure all materials required are delivered.
Ensure fitters assigned are familiar with all aspects of the job.
Ensure supervisor pays at least one site visit to check on progress and advise fitter if necessary.
Ensure fitter has ample time allotted to complete works.
Promised toilet facilities were not given.
Site was covered with dust throughout the work and at completion.
Notwithstanding the undoubted multiple trade skills of the fitter (Andy Grey) and generally satisfactory outcome,a tidier,cleaner job was expected for the price paid.

Expensive, but a very good bath installed with great care and attention to detail

Not cheap but very professional company who did a great job with the design and installation of our bathroom upgrade. The fitter, James, worked very hard and finished well ahead of schedule. End result was excellent.

The Quality of the materials use was high quality and the skills of the fitter was amazing, all fitted by Mike who did a fantastic job, would recommend these to everyone

Kenny was amazing he made the whole experience easy and seamless.

I was very impressed with the fitter Mike Trevor who is not only highly skilled, but also made me feel safe. If anything I now feel safer in the shower room than the rest of the house. It helps if you have a good idea of what you want and need before contacting Premier Care

James did a great job. efficient and polite. kept me well informed as the job progressed.

From the very beginning to the very end of having our bathroom fitted.was amazing. I had everything confidence in everyone who came to our house.
We had daily phone calls from Yvonne who ensured we were managing the disruption. Our bathroom fitter Carl was excellent, the quality of work was outstanding. We are more than happy with the outcome.
