Excellent customer care from start to finish. Frank was helpful and knowledgeable on the cars and very efficient in sorting prices and then the paperwork, never leased a car before, but the process was so easy. Highly recommend Premier Car Leasing.

Excellent friendly and professional service from Frank Cowley

First rate service. I called Premier and spoke with Frank telling him my situation and a need for a stock car and a fast turnaround. The quotes were back in an hour and having selected the model i wanted Frank came back next day and told me about the leadtimes and options available. No pressure to buy more or take out maintenance cover; a welcome relief. Got the car i chose through a really good dealer, Frank was on hand throughout the process and 2 1/2 weeks later i took delivery. Simple as that.

Dealt with Frank from start to finish. Kept informed at every stage. Some issues with a dealers poor communication meant I missed out on a preferred vehicle but Frank was right on it and had two alternatives lined up instantly and had my Audi A5 delivered in a week.
