This is the second car I have entrusted Frank with. Not having enough hours in the day to scroll websites and play companies off against one another I don't see the point anymore because I gave Frank a wishlist of requirements, within hours (on a Sunday may I add) he came back with a handful of options and the car is due for delivery tomorrow. Nothing is ever too much trouble (no matter how much we might make tweaks). If you want a personal service with someone that actually values your business but also gets a decent deal then look no further than Frank. I contacted a number of lease agents on line and Frank responded almost immediately. He was polite, professional, personable and efficient. At no stage did he push for a deal, and I just felt his first consideration was what would best suit us. Our car arrived within two weeks with a minimum of fuss. Fantastic service from initial enquiry through to delivery. We needed a quick solution and a search was undertaken immediately with various options quoted within 24 hours to give us a choice from what was readily available. No hard sell of extras we didn't require and what we did request was fitted in a timely manner prior to delivery.
It was a pleasure to deal with Frank and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Premier to anyone looking for a lease.
And the vehicle itself is fantastic - a Ford Ranger Wildtrack in a lovely metallic Orange.
