Used on previous trips

Used on previous trips. Moved to 7th floor of different parking garage made us wait over an hour in humid hot Miami heat and car exhaust. No seating, no area rest rooms. (7 floors below out to street, end of block to a supermarket.) Most were seniors. Van would drop off passengers and leave for port totally empty. No explanation would be given, except "new policy". Very poor business. Drivers good, p/up and drop off. Was happy past customer..not now. Won't be using them again.

Very poor service Got thrre it took…

Very poor service Got thrre it took over a hour on the way and about 40 min on way back and we were first off boat. I left a bag in van i took almost 2 and a hslf weeks to get them to ship at my cost and my husbads pants shirt and tie was missing.Would not recommend.

OK service

OK service, car in doors out of weather, a shuttle was there in 10 min.to the terminal. Leaving was a bit of a hassle they changed our terminal had to search out the shuttle. But did save money!

Horrible Place! Very unprofessional!

Premier Cruise Parking has horrible customer service. They overbooked the reservations and did not have sufficient parking space. They asked for my key, and I told them that I had valuables in the car and asked if they would be responsible if my car or valuables were stolen. They said no. Their attendants had no sense of customer service and were very rude. I ended up losing my money as they refused to provide a refund. I had to pay again to park at the port. They are very unprofessional and greedy and have no concern for their customers -- only for their profit.

What shuttle

What a joke! Dont expect the shuttle to get you where you need to go unless you are the first car parking that day. Had to take and uber to the port and when we got off the ship no shuttle to be found so yet another uber to get back to my vehicle.

Very good service

Very good service, covered parking and close to the port. My only downside which is not their fault is the city had a lot of streets closed which made it hard getting to the parking garage.

Everything good up until we returned…

Everything good up until we returned from the cruise. We were in a hurry, when we got to our car, we were blocked in by other cars parked behind us. Someone made a mistake on when we would return. This mistake put us behind by 30 mins.

I have went on a lot of cruises and…

I have went on a lot of cruises and used a lot of different parking options this was the best option I have used at Port of Miami. Great inside parking felt safe!
It’s always crazy getting off the ship I was impressed they answered the phone and gave update on when van would be by to get us!

Courteous and efficient drivers

Courteous and efficient drivers. Office needs to better inform customers re location of parking spaces, and where to wait for pick up vans. I drove to the parking garage and was told to go up to the 7th floor, but there were no signs anywhere with your company's name. I went downstairs with all my luggage, only to be told by the parking attendant that the vans pick up customers at the 7th, 8th, or 9th floors.

Very Unhappy

When we arrived, the person letting us know where to park our car was rude. Then when we returnees we waited over an hour and a half to be picked up from the terminal. We would call the office and they would tell us someone was on the way only to have a van pass every 45 minutes that was full. When a van finally arrived with space there were so many angry people it was ridiculous. Only reason we made it on that van was because I called so many times they took my name and made sure the driver had it.
