Good Parking If You Are Patient
Pros: covered parking, friendly staff, easy trip to and from the port.
Cons: poor signage directing people to the garage, no defined pick-up at port, 30-minute wait for pick-up after getting off the ship.
If you are not in a hurry, this is a good company to use. The staff is friendly and the parking is covered. There is no signage letting you know that you found the garage. I turned into a garage and asked the attendant. She said I had the right one. From parked car to cruise terminal took about 45 minutes. The drive is only about 10 minutes. Once I returned from the cruise, it took over 30 minutes for a van to pick me up.

Driver was courteous. Wait for van in garage almost 1 hr. Too much construction around area. Parked trucks blocking streets. Going home, signs missing. One sign said this way to I- 95 and no more sign after that. Ended up on Biscayne Blvd and had to drive to 87 ave using Flaglar st which was one lane downtown due to construction. My car GPS (2018) indicated turns that now had signs saying turn was illegal.

Verrry difficult to find this location in busy downtown Miami. Once inside the 8th floor lot we were confused as to how to find the parking location. I callled customer service for directions and they say once in the lot turn only right, but the lot had all left turns! The parking attendant was very aggressive. The driver of the shuttle van was very accommodating , kind and professional. Pick up was efficient and timely but trying to navigate that lot is confusing. Had a fun time on my cruise in spite of it all.

We have used Premier for years and have been very satisfied. This was the first time we used the new facility. Everything was as expected until we went to pick up our car. We were dropped off at level 7 and told that if our car was on level 8 or 9 we had to walk up (with luggage) or leave one person with the luggage while the other went to get the car. Since my husband is mobility impaired, this was not ideal. In the past the drivers, especially Victor, have always been so concerned and helpful. It was a bit disappointing.
prompt pick up and delivery
We reserved a space well in advance. We were given an address which changed closer to the cruise date. We received e-mail of the new location, plugged it into GPS and they did the rest. Pick us up at our car, dropped us off at the terminal, and after the cruise reversed the service. very prompt and very courteous. I will definitely use them for my next cruise in Miami!

Building is hard to locate since the number is not visible on the building and even though the number is 250 it is on the corner of SE 2nd Street and SE3rd Ave. which is where I would expect to find 200 SE 3rd Ave. Even though SE 3rd Ave. is one way South, the Premier Parking sign faced East rather than North which would have been much more visible to a driver heading South.
The indoor parking was excellent and the vans were ready and waiting to take us to the Port. We did have to wait until the van was crammed full before the driver would leave. The pickup on the return was difficult to get to as the traffic at the Port makes it very difficult for the driver to get a spot to pull into for the pickup. There is no covered area to wait so we got caught in a shower.
The price on the internet posting is way below what you actually have to pay. It was actually over $11/day.

Arrived at 11:am had to stand in the pick-up point 2 and a half hours before we were taken to cruise terminal. Return trip they picked us up in 15min.

No problems, just don't forget to prepay completely and take paperwork. Our daughter didn't and had an awful experience. We had smooth sailing literally and figuratively.

There were 6 of us in the van. My 29 year old son was in a wheelchair the logistics of half the party getting dropped off and having to wait for the others was a little frustrating. Price and location was great. Pickup when we got back to the dock was not as clear as it could have been.
