It is a scam
It is a scam, do not believe any good reviews and don’t waste your time. They are not a model management agency, but a scammers who make money from girls who dream of being famous models. On the interview, they put you in the room with two people, who peer pressure you to pay them. Firstly, I was told that the agency loves my look and want to get me signed, but after getting excited I was forced into paying for a “portfolio”. Two men were telling me how I will be successful if I choose the most expensive pack. But after realising that I won’t pay them £2500 so quickly, they started telling me to pay at least a hundred. They did not give me any time to make my decision, claiming that if I don’t pay now, a more decisive and professional model will take my place. So funny how quickly they switched out from wanting to work with me, to telling me that I have to leave if I don’t pay them “at least a hundred”
Awful to think of how many young girls are paying them thinking that they will be opening for Tom Ford, or just pay because of the peer pressure that you get on the interview.
It was stated in the email that if you don’t get signed, you can still get your photos back. Tried to contact them via phone call and email — got ignored. Obviously, never got my photos back.
They say that you won’t become a model if you are not ready to invest. Modelling is just a job. A job like any others. It is a hard, exhausting, but beautiful job. Models are getting paid for presenting designers’ clothes, just like waiter is getting paid for serving customers. You don’t get asked to invest money to become a waiter. And neither you get asked to “invest” to become a model.
Such a shame there are so many “agencies” and “managements” that use it as a scam
