Fraudulent hotel - DON'T STAy HERE!

I booked a room here for a rate of 61 euros. As soon as I had booked, I received a confirmation that I had just paid 94 euros for the room, including an (unadvertised) 25 euro 'service fee'. It was impossible to reach the hotel by phone or email.
I cancelled the reservation but was nevertheless charged. This company is a scam, I'm afraid.

It’s horrible

I stayed at Premiere Classe Roissy Pole Parc Des expositions. I dont recommend at all. I recommend Ibis Styles. Its not that close to airport. Room is very small and bed close to ground. Very noisy. No soap in bathroom sink. I had to ask for a cup. Breakfast very limited with no protein unlike the good breakfast at Ibis. In fact i paid more than the Ibis Styles. Corridor is shabby and old. TV is very small. Shower is very small. I wont return

Le Mans .. No clean towels

We were charged twice for the room and we have not recieved a refund. The girl at the reception is very rude and the disabled toilet is apparently broken. (Which i think is untrue as there are no signs on it). Just a rude girl. Our room bin was left full and bed unmade and used towels not changed over so had to see the rude girl and request towels and bin bag !! NOt the usual Premierclasse we use in other parts of France. DONT USE LE MANS!!! A shame as we usually like our stays with this chain.

Doesn't deserve 1 star.

Doesn't deserve 1 star.
This hotel is disgusting, fraudulent and frankly dangerous.
My party booked to stay here 1 night and we had to leave part way through the stay due to feeling so unsafe.
Windows and doors broken, beds filthy, furniture broken. One room even had multiple knife marks in the floor. It felt like we had walked into an active crime scene.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Even sleeping in the car is better than this!

At Hotel am kieler schloss. kiel by premier classe I had booked a comford room with one Big bed for 2 People. There was 2 single beds - the room was much too small for comford room. No coffe or the at the room. Only one chair and the tavle was more like schelf under the Windows
The standard comford and interieur dont match the Price nor the pictures hof the room
The standard of the is minus standard and not comford

DISGUSTING AND FRAUDULENT premiere classe Bordeaux Nord-Lac the…

premiere classe Bordeaux Nord-Lac the worst hotel i ever booked. DISGUSTING Hotel, very very dirty, all furniture broken, stained walls, mold toilets, broken lamps, spider webs on the ceiling, no maintenance is made in this hotel for atleast 15y, its ridiculous . room smelled like a homeless shelter, corridors stinking with cigarette smoke. called emergency number as I refused to stay in that room. owner came to speak to me. I showed him the disgusting bathroom , confined him my concerns as above mentioned to which he looked around and replied: “its not dirty its just old” “I can assure you the toilet was cleaned as I did it myself” meaning no professional clean is made in this hotel. His explanation was the pictures on booking are from 10y ago, refused to give me a refund even though i wouldn’t stay the night as he offered me a bit more cleaned room, owner completely lacks common sense, no apologies or whatsoever, speaks with guests as he speaks with his mates and told me its my point of view that the pictures on booking dont match the actual state of the rooms, and its just my opinion. Owner not bothered at all !!! I wish i had seen these reviews before booking the room. totally waste of money. I also wish i could upload the pictures on here to show how dirty and bad it was!! NEVER AGAIN, this hotel should’ve been closed long ago!

Avoid for longer stay

I had a special bad experience in the hotel at Tours (FR)
Nevertheless ALL 4 hotels I stayed in July 2024 lack on maintenance. You have the impression no repairs or maintenance were done in teh last 20 years. Toilet doors not closing, number of towels usually not matching the number of people. Clenaning staff opening the door at 9 am. Especially in Tours the room service was awsome, there only the reception employee saved the stay.

Totally ruined the experience of travelling to France with her friends. Sounds like a really dodgy place :(

Booking NIGHTMARE ....

NIGHTMARE ..... When making the booking in June for August, the website simply swapped the hotel from Boulogne Sur Mar to Carcassonne (many hundred miles south).
We immediately telephoned Premiere Classe to report the issue. Staff were polite, but they said it was a customer services issue because we had made a non transferable booking so it couldn't be corrected by her at the weekend.
After that weekend and a number of calls later we were told it was our fault and there would be no transfer or refund. However, we had a clear record of what happened and presenting our evidence, like the timed screenshot in our name with the right hotel selected during the booking; then a recording of our original call, again timed and dated. They said there was nothing wrong with the website, it was our fault. Then we were able to get a repeat of the booking tripping to the same wrong hotel and submitted the code populating the website (address bar) which actually the booking venue. We could actually paste it into an address bar and get the same result. Again we sent it to the customer relation team who (Hamza in customer services) did listen and send the data on. Now, despite all the evidence presented, Premiere Classe continues to refuse to move toward a refund or a transfer to the right hotel. This can't be the only time either, I can find an precise example of this from 2023.
Like some of the other entries here .... we wonder why they have a customer relations department who appear helpful, but then refuse such a well presented case?
Copy to Premiere Classe, please.

Acceptable price, terrible service

Arrived at Première classe Paris Nord 2 at 13:00.
Been told that the room would be ready at 14:00.
Asked if I could leave my baggage.
Answered: NO
"- Not even in the room?
- NO... but you could pay 20 euros for an early check in."

In my 35 years of very intense traveling, I have never seen such a bad service.

Oh, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the shuttle they are offering is highly overpriced (7 euros).

Taking the local bus will cost you 2.15 euros.

Terrible service while reserved two rooms

Terrible service while reserved two room in Premiere Classe Villejust - ZA Courtaboeuf - Villejust hotel.
Reservation was cancelled, however I was informed that reservation was confirmed and took 35 km to the hotel. Then saw reservation number invalid. It is a trick. I had to pay double

Absolutely terrible service

We stayed overnight at the Calais Premiere Classe. We asked to check in early on booking.com and it was agreed. We couldn't check in until 3 ½ hours later than the agreed time as the hotel was locked. We were met by a very unhelpful and miserable man on reception who strangly asked us if we required breakfast in the morning, I replied by explaining we paid extra to include breakfast, he miserably responded by telling me that yes, he knows we paid for breakfast but wanted to know if we wanted it. I said yes we would like the service we payed for please. He told us breakfast would be from 7am-9am. We arrived at 7am as we needed to set off for 7:30am only to find everything locked up and all lights off. We tried again at 7:10 still the same so we walked around the front of the building and trued that door. We left there around 7:30 and it was still dark inside and all locked. So clearly the reason he asked me if we required breakfast when we checked in was due to him not wanting to bother getting up early to set it out. I complained to booking.com and the hotel replied that everything was open and breakfast was ready at 7am. So either I'm a liar or he was a miserable, unhelpful person that lied to cover up his laziness to work. The rooms are dated and dirty but are OK for 1 night if you want something cheap and local to town. Hopefully you won't get the lazy, miserable, unhelpful, liar if you do decide to book it.

Truly awful hotels

Truly awful hotels. Booked for overnight stays for family of 5 on the way to and from the south of France. Had booked non-smoking rooms, but both hotels stank of smoke. Arriving late at night the check-in process was terrible and I was charged more than the price booked on-line. They're not that cheap either, similar in cost to a UK Premier Inn, which feels like a 5-star hotel by comparison.

Anything but Premiere classe

AVOID this hotel at all cost as you could just be throwing your money away. We paid for 2 rooms via Booking.Com to stop over at Troyes (Sud-Bucheres) on our way to skiing in February. Knowing we wouldn’t arrive until the early hours we opted for this place and the automated check-in… MISTAKE … check-in screen didn’t recognise our booking reference number or name … no access code issued. Tried the ONLY out of hours number 4 times NO ANSWER. So at 0330 AM we decided to continue our journey and grab some sleep in the car as no availability at other local hotels.
The hotel staff are quite happy to lie aswell … stating we had tried to call the wrong number (there was only one number in display) on our return trip at the end of our holiday we decided to pop in for a second look at the hotel only to find NEW temporary “out of hours” contact number notices pinned above the check- in machine and on reception door… NO refund, NO apology, NO help from Booking.Com unsurprisingly. You get what you pay for I guess … and in this case we got nothing in return for our €90. Lesson learnt … next time we will book into a proper hotel and NOT via Booking.Com

No check-in and no refund

Booked at Carcassonne... the automated check-in worked well enough to charge the taxe de sejour, but then wouldn't print the room key. No staff answered the door so I had to find an alternative hotel.

Even with a photo showing the error, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Avoid Premiere Classe and their sister hotels Campanile and Kyriad -- try Ibis Budget and F1 instead.

Such an untrustworthy company

Such an untrustworthy company to be avoided at all costs. I lost an item that I left in the room and they said it could not be found until 18 days later when I had returned home. Then I booked a cheap room on “free cancellation” and then changed the city, still using the same company, and they charged me for the free can cancellation room. Don’t use them. Lousy hotels.

Premiere Classe Le Blanc Mesnil - Never again!

In the antiques business, my colleague and I made a last-minute booking at Premiere Classe Le Blanc Mesnil during Paris Fashion Week as we were unable to find any available rooms nearer the city centre where we could park. Frankly, I would rather have slept the night in the van! This establishment is situated in a rather ‘seedy’ area neat CDG airport and is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in – and I’ve stayed in many! The exterior hotel photo was clearly taken on a fine day when there was no washing hanging out to dry from copious windows. For €89.78 each, my tiny room stank of cigarette smoke and the linoleum flooring was pitted with burns where cigarettes had been stubbed out. The shower, toilet and hand basin were situated in a plastic shell in a corner which rocked precariously when you stepped inside. The double (iron) bed had a single bunk bed welded on top, providing an ideal obstruction upon which to hit your head if you sat up during the night! The air-conditioning unit failed to function; only one small fluorescent tube illuminated the room and the linen was damp. There were two wedding parties during our stay (who would have a wedding celebration here?) and the subsequent noise levels interrupted my sleep and continued until 2:00am. Needless to say I slept very badly; fully clothed on top of the bed. Breakfast (€5.90 each) consisted of a cup of lukewarm instant coffee and a suspicious looking croissant. I was profoundly relieved to drive away the following morning - never, never, never again!
