My order arrived damaged
My order arrived damaged. Sent pictures to the representative and supposedly he forwarded them off to the CEO and I haven’t heard anything since and it’s been three weeks now. I don’t even want the damn thing because no one‘s taking care of the situation. Poorly packaged, and poorly shipped.

Worst experience
I made a order in November of 2025 and did receive my order for 8 months. I was first told after January 1st. The second date that I was told shipping was March 5th and that didn't happen neather. Then finally in June my order finally shipped. I will never order anything from this company again. They never stood by what they said. Everything just seemed like they didn't have a clue of what they were doing.

Nelson album and book.
The product had a release date in January and was not received until July. There was no communication about the delays unless I reached out first. Horrible customer service.

I got my signed Lou Gramm framed…
I got my signed Lou Gramm framed limited. I was very happy with the way it was packaged and protected for shipping. I don’t think I will buy another framed album. The album rolls back and forth and it was set to be hung upside down, framing wasn’t anything special. Loved the autograph and have bought several more things since. In the future I will buy the album and get it framed professionally.
