I just received the Tommy Lee without a jsa like description said.
I just received the Tommy Lee autographed album. It did not come with a jsa authentication which the description said. This was the only reason why I bought this item. Instead it came with the ceo of the companies signature. This has no resale value if I ever were to sell it and how do I know if it was ever actually signed by Tommy Lee. I also sent two emails prior to receiving this item and no one ever responded to my email. To top it off you can’t even get ahold of anyone with the phone number that they provide.I expect better service than this. Everyone be where.

The product was majorly delayed
The product was majorly delayed. Did not really have. Much info. 2. I had to email to request address change 6 weeks before and was assured my delivery address was updated. When I got notice that the product shipped it was to the old incorrect address that I had stated needed to be changed 6 weeks earlier. And it takes way longer than 24 hours for anybody to respond via email this is terrible customer service. If you had a physical phone number that would have all been taken care of in one five or 10 minute call. I plan not to do business with you again because this first time was the worst time

Horrible Experience / Order arrived 7 months LATE
Item took a disgustingly long time to arrive. I ordered something in November 2025 which was said to release and ship in December 2025. I didn't hear a word for months and had to reach out multiple times from my end and was never given a truthful or accurate response from support. I FINALLY received tracking info JUNE of 2026 and got it right at the end of that month (7 months from the original promised release date of that item). Zero chance of ever buying something from them again.

Been waiting 2 months for my item. Contacted premier collectibles several times and get told there is no estimated shipping date. Was told it would ship June 15th now mid July still nothing.

I purchased a book that was signed by the author. It was so nice to receive a signed book along with a certificate of authenticity. I had no idea there was a company providing this service. I have gone through the company a couple more times for books that I really wanted a real signature with. They provide a great service and provide paperwork to back up the work.
